Reports saying that police Scotland arrested someone for the incident at the Celtic v Falkirk game. However, they were not charged with assault which our board claimed was the reason for banning the green brigade.

They were charged with breach of the peace. Surely our board have not just been caught lying about the green brigade again?

The allegation was assault. BoP likely easier to prove. Perhaps not enough evidence relating to that individual as they were part of the larger group.

There is a much higher burden of proof with breach of the peace since a European court ruling. This was one of the reasons the offensive behaviour at football act was brought in.

I looked at the Feyenoord starting lineup today and compared it to their last 2 EL games.

Only One player missed their last EL away game and only One player missed their last home match in the EL.
The other 9 players played a part in both matches.
Sadly No Rookies.

That was Hearts first away defeat in the league since losing at Celtic Park in March.

Surprisingly Sevco haven't lost away from home in the league since Boxing Day 2024.
Although they have only Won 8 and Drawn 9 since.

Celtic have lost 5 league games away from home since Sevco lost away to St. Mirren on Boxing Day.

Given the recent form (over last few months) of both Hatate and Maeda, we wouldn't rate them as worth much. I don't imagine scouts from other clubs being overly enamoured either. If there is interest in January it will not be for much.

If they end up going for peanuts then the board will have cost around 60-70 million in lost revenue.

40 million for champions league failure due mainly to negativity caused by a breakdown in Rodgers and board relationship and under strength squad due to bad transfer activity from the board.

Then we held on to players who wanted to move, again because of our bad transfer activity and their value has went down as a result.

That's not really how transfers work.

Maeda's value won't have dropped much from the summer window. Hatate is in a lull and will likely fetch £7-£10m imo. Maeda likely £15m-£18m.

After spending around £10m on 2 wingers (that both play LW which is also Maeda's preferred position) you would think Yang would be nowhere to be seen. Just shows how poor our summer recruitment was when Yang as a late sub was actually our best winger yesterday.

Thankfully for us the opposition isn't much better but I expect the title to be tight as we lack quality and consistency.

One of yangs problems is whenever he comes on and does well it's on the left then he gets a start on the right barely gets a touch of the ball and gets hooked at halftime.

Balikwisha was a terrible signing and one we didn't need. Now we have 4 left wingers, 5 if you include Yang and 1 right winger.

I had a good look at his injury record and there were major red flags as he is another Boerrigter. What I cannot grasp, is if I can find out this information, why are our recruitment team not doing their due diligence and finding out as well. If they actually know what I found out, then that is even worse as there are major red flags there.

A lot of posters bemoaning lack of form from our wingers. I just watched two inform wingers in the English Championship.

I give you Mikey Johnston and Paddy Roberts.
Yes Mikey we let go to West Brom and their fans LOVE him.
Also Paddy on loan at Birmingham from Sunderland and providing good crosses down there.

Mikey Johnstone was gave enough time to cement down a first team position and failed to do so tim. best some players just move on for a fresh start were it could work out for them and that's what's happened in mickeys case.

Out of interest why was Ross Desmond allowed to make the speech at the AGM on behalf of his father.

As far as I am aware Dermot Desmond has the largest shareholding and is a Non Elected Director.

Does that alone entitle him to make the speech his son made on his behalf and if so why?

Where is Michael Nicholson in all this. Seems like a very well paid puppet.

Desmond was elected to the board but by himself. He is what is called a non executive director.

The teams plays woeful manager gets the balm and goes, player plays bad he loses his place in team, board or certain person need to take responsibility for there failings, for me that's the boards only downfall pretty much everything Desmond said was correct, thing is saying something and doing are different things, they claim there want criticism and accept failings, in reality they havnt.
