The amazing thing as regular as clockwork our Board are blamed every year for our team not progressing in Europe as far as many of our fans would like . i agree that our results in Europe over the last 10 yrs have been disappointing, but what I don’t accept is that it’s all down to the Board . I can recall many matches when we had players who played badly and took the wrong options during the game . In fact for days after these calamities, many fans haven’t been slow to let their feelings been known . However when it comes towards the transfer window player (s) forgiven and Board has to carry the can . Our recruitment may do a better job, if there was some recognition of job they have done, other than down right condemnation window after window, especially as usually the recruiter blamed wasn’t responsible at all.

I have to be honest and say he had a spell around Christmas for 4 or 5 games when he looked a class act but his overall contribution was 6.5/ 10.
It’s the fact that he was 8 and 9 out of 10 during that purple patch that makes me torn as u could not pay £5-6m and he ends up in that form again but if we do pay it and he plays like he did in many other games when he was average the fee may look excessive.
Talk about Sutton on the fence I know it’s just a tricky 1 for me.

He is worth the fee agreed. My point was if there in a deal for a loan, we accepted that. No way would we agree the deal without knowing what they want. So, to go back after an agreement was made, to me is tacky. We shake on it, that’s the price. If we wanted to get a lower price that shouid have been hammered out and agreed when we signed him. I believe of you agree the option, you honour it. Maybe that notion of keeping your word is old fashioned, but I just think its shoddy and suns our board up to a tee. It seems they agreed to secure a price, he arrived, now the price they agreed is too high? How amateurish is that? He is a player who needs more games. Right now he contributes more than Reo. Our whole midfield was awol for too much of the game. I was calling for him to come on at halftime. He made the difference and won the cup for us. Pay the effin fee you agreed to. Or sack those who agreed it if we weren’t going to pay it.

The players shouldn’t complain. They have no right too. The player comes in for nothing, if we pay him 50k a week then so be it. I doubt it’s anything that players care about, what others in the squad make. I’m sure Ben Summers isn’t annoyed that Ralston makes 10k more than him a year.

I doubt it would cause any player to become resentful, but when it became time to renegotiate the contracts it would serve as a benchmark and precedent for the others. So unless those in charge want to actually shift the ceiling on the salary, it could cause problems down the line. Ideally that would be the plan anyway.

I've got to eat humble pie coz I was one of those who turned my nose up at Idah in Jan. For me it's Idah. He's played for Celtic, done well, the shirt isn't too heavy for him and based on our model, assuming he does well, we'd make a few bob 2 or 3 years down the line.

It's obvious that we never learn from past windows and experiences. We'll never get who we want - we just don't do that. Lunin and Kelleher are way out our price range and budget. We'll probably bring in experience but not the player (s) we see being bandied about. How many had heard of Lubo before Dr. Jo brought him in. I'd be absolutely delighted to get 4 or 5 in over the summer with his level of experience at the cost we got him for - and so would BR. But, is that the way this club does business?

I don't think our youth have ever won that league and if that's true if they went into the league in place of Inverness they qeoulds get relegated pretty quickly. I think the league they are in is suitable until they win that league consistently over a few years then I think the would be ready to step up but at the moment they are struggling to win that league . I am not a huge follower of them to be fair so they might be better than the results show.

Even if we buy or renew season ticket there is still something's we can do. We can boycott games and stop buying the tops training gear food and drink and all other revenue streams unsubscribe from sky sports don't pay for the games on via sports then all the club has is st money. Drastic times call for drastic measures. That's the only way the board will listen. We boycotted games during the keyy and white years.

The best atmosphere was definitely the jungle I remember being taken there with my dad and grandad and I am still sure to this day that teams when they came out the tunnel and saw the jungle put the nerves right through teams most teams were already beaten as they walked onto the pitch. I was there for the jungles last stand with tears pouring down my face as I thought it was the end of an era never to be repeated then we went on an amazing home winning spree with Mon I think it was something like 77 unbeaten games at CP.
