Good luck to the Bhoys tomorrow. Let's get behind the team and spur them on to a green and white final. Play to our potential and we should get the job done. Time for the players to stand up and be counted. COYBIG.

Not sure if he was talking about the betting tips though. :P.

Does anyone agree that if we get beaten tomorrow, minus any 'honest mistakes of course'their should be a clear out at Celtic? Last week i watched sevco v Peterhead to see this magical warbs free flowing football. Seriously, we should hurt them badly.

I honestly cannot see one area of the pitch where they could hurt us. Dead balls around the box maybe, to be fair the right back can crack a lovely free kick, other than that pretty much nothing. I fully expect Broony and Biton to have total control of midfield, which should lead to us having plenty ball, and force them back.

They also seem to be a fairly small team, Peterhead caused them trouble from these, so i would expect decent quality in our crossing with so many targets. In their favour is that do play at a high tempo, the front three usually interchanging, but they are not as good as the press would suggest'

So. A team. Johanssen would not have been in mine till the last few weeks, but he looked very sharp v Murderwell. Rogic, always a favourite of mine, seems to be an after thought at the moment but there is quality there. So here goes.

Gordon
Lustig
Boyata
Mulgrew
KT

Broony
Biton

Roberts
Johanseen
Rogic

Griff.

GMS could consider himself unlucky in my team and Commons is a master hunskelper. CKR on bench to bully their CB pairing if needed. Always tricky against lower league teams and bad reffing but i just cannot see us losing.

GJ you are right about the gers RB ( Taverniea) spelling but if we push on down our left then he should be nowhere near the norm positions he gets into.

Agree GJ anything less than a dominant display against this tribute act will not be acceptable. If the unimaginable was to happen then Ronny should be sacked in the morning. I know we'll get the protectors saying Lenny was beaten by Morton Strachan was beaten by Clyde but the major difference was we had victories against Barcelona, Man U, Ac Milan etc at that time to soften the blows. Ronny hasn't beaten anybody .

My sentiments exactly; Miller is the only Sevco player that would worry me, because of his experience and record with Oldco.
My main concern is that rat-bag Thomson who has sent off Celtic players in several semifinals before and it has affected us badly.
Whether you believe it to be sheer biased, or utter incompetence - the guy has a long controversial history with Celtic. However;
On our game, we should be far superior all over the pitch and failure should result in serious repercussions for manager and players.

GJ who plays on the left, I would have thought it would be either SJ or Rogic in the squad with gems or CKR on the left?

However I agree with your points 100%.

Agree0 Disagree0

17 Apr 2016 07:48:43
I agree with that line up entirely GJ. Johansen has to get in for his versatility, iron man style and energy alone. Rogic will probably tire. So there could be time for GMS to come on. Possibly Commons. Or if things go well enough give the kids a run out!

Think we could do with a clear out regardless of todays result though. I'll not go down that road today. It's about positive energy today. Some may not be interested, but those that are should be happy come mid afternoon.

Can't comment on them as I've not seen them since we played last. I know Tavernier is decent, but I'm not concerned by him, nor anybody. We play like we can, don't shoot ourselves in the foot, common sense says it's a formality.

Mix of excitement and nervousness about tomorrow. The prospect of losing is unbearable. Hopefully the players see it that way too. Expecting a long overdue performance from our captain and also think Roberts will run riot if he's given enough of the ball. New club? Same club? Doesn't matter to me. It's the fans I've always loved beating and they haven't changed. COYBIG!

Hi ed have u heard anything else about PL wanted by sunderland?

Believable3 Unbelievable0

{Ed007's Note - I was talking to someone during the week that said Sunderland can want all they want and the only way Lawwell will be leaving CFC is if he is sacked. The person compared the situation to Daniel Levy at Spurs because of the financial and emotional ties to the clubs they both have.}

16 Apr 2016 21:18:16
If he left I always thought PL wouid need put club up fur sale as well again wouid that harm us financialy as a club if PL had need sacked.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - DD would put the Club up for sale? I don't think he would and it wouldn't really harm the Club if Lawwell was sacked, we can't fault the money he's brought in through sponsorship etc right enough.}

16 Apr 2016 18:35:45
Just shows you how great a team Peterhead are if they get pumped 5-1 by the mighty Brechin? Can't wait till. tomorrow to put the newbies in their place! Wee Roberts to steal the show.

Believable5 Unbelievable1

17 Apr 2016 07:49:43
Using their logic after the Dundee games, Brechin are a better team than "The Rangers" and would pump them.

Here Ed, That Hibs goalie ooft is he big Isa's love child ๐Ÿ‘ถ

For Fox sake he the biggest goalie I have seen in years ๐Ÿ‘.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

{Ed007's Note - He's listed at 14 stone (89 kg) but that can't be right.}

16 Apr 2016 17:30:02
Yeah when he was 10 years old.

No Ed that cannot be right mate

That goalie looks bigger @ @ than me lol am 16st 10 mate (got weighed yesterday) was 18st 5 going into Christmas first time been under 17st in four years (y)

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - If he's 14 stone I must look like Pavarotti to folk. I was up getting my bloods etc checked last week and I'm 17st 3. Well done on losing that if you were trying mate.}

16 Apr 2016 18:26:42
Thanks Ed, Was just getting too big mate plus am off to Spain in 10 weeks on a four month project mate and being fair skinned could never have handled the heat plus the weight and a wee warning of my doc also made me knuckle down buddy (y)

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - I'm waiting on another appointment with a dietician, I've been watching what I eat because of my diabetes but now I've got high cholesterol and can't figure out why lol.}

16 Apr 2016 19:36:19
That's what I got (dietician) Ed from the GRI and that what I got a warning about mate

Am not a drinker mate but guzzled loads of the fizzy stuff drink loads of ice water now

Pickled fish mate, love a curry but started making them from fresh instead of phoning them in lol

Dropped 10lb in the first week! (y)

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - I stopped drinking ginger when I stopped working on the tools, at home it's always been diluting juice I've drank or just water like you. I think you might be onto something about making your own food from scratch, everything you buy seems to be have at least an amber colour for sugar and salt on the wee guides you get on labels and packaging.}

16 Apr 2016 20:20:13
I hope you get on well Ed, my dietician was magic even silly things like one big shop on line buddy to stop you picking up all the rubbish you usually do and thinking through your weekly lay out etc

At least with your Mrs working where she does you should get plenty of the fresh stuff etc it's like anything Ed once you get into it becomes a good habit ๐Ÿ‘.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - I won't have any trouble sticking to a diet but since I found out about the diabetes I've cut out things like chips and fried stuff and yet I've got high cholesterol now, me and her are stumped.}

16 Apr 2016 21:00:22
I'm sorry, is this weight watchers? I thought I was on a Celtic Rumours website.

Joking apart - good luck with your collective health-kicks.

Oily fish, nuts, and beans. Fry your chips in rapeseed oil, use real butter believe it or not not the tastes like s#@te stuff. Good fats.
BTW that keeper is at least 18 stone.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - My sister mentioned rapeseed oil to me yesterday. I'll need to get the Mrs to get some, cheers.}

17 Apr 2016 00:04:48
BTW get yourself some Cork black pudding, Conakilky. The new super food, replace your square sausage and bacon.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - Oh God no! The thought of black pudding gives me the boak bug that stuff still gives me nightmares from family holidays when I was a pup.}

17 Apr 2016 00:14:53
I was a guest at Hampden today and met him afterwards - no chance. I'm 6ft, 11.5 stone and he was good few inches taller, and about two of me wide. He looked like one of those guys you see at fives who's dynamite in goals, but struggles with stairs. Some Performance right enough! (The only thing worse that Cummings panenka was his reason/ excuse afterwards! )

On a more serious note, good luck with the dietery stuff bhoys.

{Ed007's Note - Cheers mate.}

Seen we are also looking at ST Angelo Henriquez. Think we may have previously scouted him, but great scoring stats. Would be over the moon if we could get someone like him and the winger from Molde (although I think that ship may well have sailed)
