Oh well seems dembelle is offski to Chelski on a plane fir a medical silly money for a young boy we got for buttons can't blame the club for taking it. Hope we manage a replacement striker in time? Strange our manager comes out in press and gives Griffiths a get your finger out message must've known the dembelle deal was on. Just saw zelalem video he looks soo chuffed to go to that massive Dutch team lol must be used to playing with diddies

Recently after champions league hammerings from the top drawer Bayern and PSG we had the usual plonkers from down south slating us and running down our unbeaten run? Now going on the results down there today it appears there proclaimed greatest league in the world is a one horse race! Game over in December will they sneer at city and run down the others as they try to up here running down our achievements? As the old saying goes you can only beat what's in front of you. Still top of the league a trophy in the cabinet European football after Xmas and still plenty to play for and laugh at uj 🙂🍀🏆⚽️.

footnote - a team we drew with twice in very recent history, with our crap pub team league etc.

2.) 11 Dec 2017 08:32:34
I’m sure Man City are 10 points ahead too, after watching our home defeat to Anderlecht, it has knocked the wind out my sails about this team, maybe even a realisation we are an average team, of m hoping it’s just a confidence thing with Europe who knows.

3.) 11 Dec 2017 17:21:20
You don't hear them crying out for a strong Manchester united!

4.) 11 Dec 2017 23:40:58
Memaself i agree with you. The SPL is a poor league. Not 1 team apart from Celtic has made it tbrough tbe qualifying rounds for the Europa. In fact don't think any have got past 2nd qualifying rounds for years. That tells you all you need to know about quality of opposition. Zenit will score 6 over 2 legs. We may get 2 or 3 but have little chance of going through.

Glad the boring international guff is over I really have no interest in it. Can't wait to get playing the bread n butter stuff again it's just great watching the quality we have in the squad we can leave somebody out for a breather another comes up n does just as good a job. The panto down Govan way keeps us all chuckling away it really is amateur hour over there? Hope the sheep keep wee dell he would be off his rocker to go to that basket case of a club. Long may we push on to a higher level as it's very amusing listening to the SMSM hurting at our dominance. HH Bhoys enjoy this time and never let them forget what happened to their old club . Coybig 🍀🏆.

Totally agree bigp, Looking forward to domestic games again. Going to be a hard slog with us playing every weekend and mid week till the end of the year. Scott Brown is so important to the Team and I hope he’s fully recovered from his injury. I’m sure the rest of the squad will be ready when called for.
The guys will certainly need their Winter Break after the effort they have put in. Then roll on 2018 with some quality signings in January I’m sure we’ll have another amazing season. 🍀🍀.

2.) 15 Nov 2017 20:21:40
Just need the likes of Ntcham and Kouassi to start earning their crust get the central defence sorted with a pairing that can actually stay fit and use the squad to get through the busy festive period. We have the cover as shown when we brought the young guys in and wiped the floor in those games but their has been the odd game round Euro games and international breaks we just get by so hopefully we hit the ground running.

3.) 15 Nov 2017 20:26:53
Agree on all above, cannae go the international pish! Right raft of games coming up over next month. Gruelling schedule and we’ll def need Brown but also hoping our CBs are on the mend. Prob too much to hope for a keeper in Jan but hope we’re looking.

4.) 16 Nov 2017 07:08:31
Totally agree bigp great post.

5.) 16 Nov 2017 17:47:28
I used to love Internationals but not over interested these days.

6.) 16 Nov 2017 19:58:34
Me also used to love them I went to several Scotland games I’ve even seen Scotland Brazil in Turin at Italia 90 met Davie hay beside my uncles car after the game which was bizarre? But. John st haven’t had that buzz about international football in general not just Scotland it is so boring I just love watching the hoops especially since Brendan took over roll on the weekend see what dramas we are discussing next week ⚽️🍀.

7.) 17 Nov 2017 10:56:19
Hopefully all injury woes are behind us and wee have a fit squad for the upcoming busy schedule that lies ahead before the shutdown. Picking up the first bit of silverware and 2good showings in the last 2 CL games should tee us up nicely to sleigh the Huns in December! A wee run in the Europa League with a sorted defence will do nicely for the new year. Its an adventure no a journey!

8.) 17 Nov 2017 22:24:14
IT won't be our players fault if we are beaten domestically or drop too many points due to draws. The masons in the middle will be the ones who cost us.

13 Nov 2017 19:13:44
Apparently Dembele has scored a hatrick in the first half of the France under 21 game tonight starting to get back to his best hopefully he stays clear of injury for a while 🙂⚽️🍀.

Over an 11 minute period. His third was a cracker.

2.) 13 Nov 2017 22:13:08

Have you seen the standard of the game on in the so called best league in the world today the EPL I would rather go shopping with the mrs or build flat pack furniture than watch any of those games? Great showing from the invincibles today and the prince of govans sheep are losing also Mon the thistle? 😂 🍀🍀🍀.

Have to agree bigp, I was at the Spurs v Real game on Wednesday . I've been to wakes wiyh more craic . Almost a full house and no atmosphere what so ever .

2.) 04 Nov 2017 20:03:40
Does Wembley not kill the atmosphere just like Hampden does as it’s so far away from pitch? You would think spurs real would be bouncing? The problem is in epl it’s all the rich football tossers who can afford the season tickets not the normal fans.

27 Sep 2017 22:34:49
Great result very composed performance big Sutton putting the zombies down again one game was a foregone conclusion the other was a test then his wee smirk? And the ref giving it big blessing himself at the final whistle lol ⚽️🍀 Great time to be a tim.

Happy with that Gamboa a bit of pace try to use that to take pressure off back line Ntcham needs to do the simple stuff tonight a bit surprised never went for Forrest’s pace as I think these top defenders suss Roberts out and he struggles a bit but hope the wee man proves me wrong? It’s a bonus having games such as this peppered through our season instead of headlines about rats in the dressing room lol 🐀 coybig 🍀⚽️.

Sfa already released a statement stating no further action to be taken against the old club it's in the hands of the spfl now. But surely when the cheating happened it was under sfa power so they should be dealing with it.

He gets stick because he is Scottish and not some Nancy fancy foreigner a young homebred boy who loves pulling in the hoops and always gives a decent shift 🍀.

{Ed007's Note - I can never understand the stick McGregor gets either. I'm more than happy for him playing for us on the domestic front.}

I saw somewhere somebody stated Ronnies team had a better points haul than this years total? Pity the reaction Ronnie got as this year this team is no better on the eye? Still great having Brendan leading our club but to step it up the board need to back him. These days no real difference quality wise between a 3 million player and a 1 million pound player. Years ago there was but not now? I was brought up on burns McStay aitken my first few seasons watching the hoops but was there when it was Hayes biggins and slater? So enjoy it relax don’t fall for the Sevco biased MSM’s spin on things. As their hurt is fun to watch and hear. Realistically I don’t feel we will do anything against Zenit this team spent 80 million last year so anything positive is a bonus a wee draw would do to help coefficient for next years seedlings. Mon the hoops 🙂⚽️🍀🏆.

The reason for the over passing across the back line and midfield was due to the work rate the Killie players put in shutting down space and players. Are we too one paced and predictable is Rodgers having a second season meltdown or is it just coaches and players saw how we set up and how players performed and got a little wiser to it? It does happen but still well clear at the top biggest club in the country a cup in the bag and still in Europe? Real Madrid struggling the mighty citeh draw with Burnley last I saw Barcelona were getting best. Results like this happen that’s what makes football the best sport in the world and why we all like be it! Mon the hoops 🙂⚽️🍀.

No I think it’s a case of managers and players now know how to adapt and play against players like Sinclair Dembelle and even Brendan’s set ups? That’s why he is trying to chop it about with three at the back. I played amateur footie even at that level you played the top team got beat but a few month when you played them again you learned you knew your opponent it’s similar with Celtic. Just been unlucky been a bit stop start with injuries boy Ntcham is class if wee Musonda comes in another quality addition and wee paddy to come back hopefully ralston too. Should be a fun end to the season plenty of games to go.

That’s 4 🙂 is Morgan any better than Christie? When is Allan’s contract up? Ciftci never in a million years gms his confidence just drained away at parkhead at Dundee Utd and the sheep he tries things he attacks players he takes a risk never did that in the hoops?

I liked him too a typical wee tanner ball Scottish winger. We have lost our way with the squad dynamics but lucky we have a sizeable squad with the level of injuries we have? Apparently Brendan saying Moussa didn’t play down to not being right mentally due to speculation or with Moussa it seems like lack of speculation as he has been pish this season.

I had an ex boss who looked like Elmar fudd out bugs bunny guy was a right wee blue nose I ran the biggest department in the shop he would rather talk to the rangers supporting trolley boy or butcher than me? Only three managers were good guys after one Celtic v the old rangers where Celtic pumped them we went to the Monday managers meeting. The bakery manager had a bag in front of him. As the meeting started wee elmar asked what’s in the bag the bakery boss opened it rolled me and the only other Tim manager a lemon and said bite on that it’s the only thing that will take the smile off yer face? We were pissing ourself and the dozen or so hun managers were raging. happy memories of a hun boss.
