Everyone on here knows my feelings on NL and I wouldn't have had him here as manager. In fairness he did a job when we were left in the lurch. We should have kept him on until we got a new manager in the summer. Tactically I don't think he knows what he is doing. He won't resign imo as this will be his last job at this level anywhere.
