Garry Parker is not joining with Neil. Maybe the club do have a long term successor in mind.

1.) 26 Feb 2019 20:59:14
yeah his assistants are Kennedy and Duff, very interesting as if it was going to be a longer term thing I would expect his assistants to come in.

2.) 26 Feb 2019 21:40:45
Good shout. Never considered that but makes sense. And I had just talked myself into Lenny for the Ten now I'm back to Rafa the gaffa.

3.) 26 Feb 2019 23:03:52
Mourinho re-united with his ex assistant Stevie Clarke 😁 That would do 🤣.

4.) 27 Feb 2019 01:52:58
I'd rather appoint mccoist than mourinho. Can't stand that cheating rat after what he did to us.

5.) 27 Feb 2019 09:36:43
I'd have jose in 2 seconds flat.

6.) 27 Feb 2019 13:19:56
I have detested mourinho since Seville and would be sick if he got anywhere near Celtic Park. Last job he was on something near £15mill so hopefully that puts that to bed.

7.) 27 Feb 2019 15:40:10
Mourinho lol get real, he gets paid about 5 times what Brendan was on and NEEDS £100m plus in funds every window so NO chance.
Would love Rafa who’s on £100k a week at Newcastle so highly unlikely we can attract him, especially after he eventually got backed in last transfer window, with our spending history there’s no chance he would come either.
Strachan, Moyes, Clark or Lenny is realistic shortlist.

What's up with Griffiths - injured or sick. Rodgers said he doesn't know when he'd be back.

Fantastic performance. Congrats to the players despite a horrible week. I thought we looked solid at back and passed the ball quicker toward. Come on the dons tomorrow.

Is it true that the snake didn't even say goodbye to the players. Even Ranieri who was sacked returned to the club to thank the players. A true gent I think not.

1.) 01 Mar 2019 20:15:16
Sure I read he told the players he would be going to Leicester before he went down for “Talks”. Been in the making for a while this I think. I was told in January to get money on it happening by a girl I know. Never took her up in it because I thought it wouldn’t happen! MUG😌.

2.) 01 Mar 2019 20:46:26
Stuart John Kennedy came out and said Rodgers did not speak to the players. It Was Kennedy that told them.

3.) 01 Mar 2019 22:37:47
Kev83 I didn’t know that. think we all new what a sleazy man he was but were just sticking our heads in the sand as the trophies came in. I hope his next sh! te is a hedgehog 🦔.

4.) 02 Mar 2019 00:40:48
Kev83 that is actually a blessing in disguise, no player with any respect for themselves would want to follow an ignorant rat like that to Leicester.

5.) 01 Mar 2019 20:18:52
Hi Ed, what’s your take on that? I remember you saying these things don’t happen overnight and when it’s players transfers negotiations can stretch over a couple of windows. I appreciate it’s different with managers but surely it would take more that a matter of hours to discuss all the requirements on both sides of the table?

{Ed007's Note - Hindsight's a wonderful thing buddy and piecing together what we now know it probably went something like this:
It was no secret that Leicester wanted Rodgers to succeed Claude Puel and Rodgers would have been made aware of this through his agent a while back and - contrary to what Rodgers himself said and most of us thought - Rodgers has intimated that he was interested in the job. The plan was more than likely that Puel would continue to the end of the season before Rodgers took over so his agent will have negotiated the core of the contract with Leicester for Rodgers taking over in the summer with only some minor details to be ironed out.
Leicester's recent run of form meant that the Leicester board had to make a decision over Puel and when they pulled the trigger they wanted someone to come in to start building for next season, I'd take a guess that Rodgers was informed over the weekend if he didn't take the job now they would look elsewhere and then that's when the situation came to a head and Rodgers had to make a decision. Once Rodgers decided he wanted to go Leicester knew all they had to do was offer the compensation and they had their man as Rodgers would inform our board he wanted to talk to them.}

How many noticed Boyata playing as a central forward for the last 4 and 5 mins in injury time and it worked a treat. Would the impostor have done that? I don't recall. Basically lennon demanding the 3 pts.

Belbhoy

1.) 28 Feb 2019 16:50:18
He was better at being a forward because he was sh*te in defence last night.

2.) 28 Feb 2019 17:32:03
I remember Rodgers doing same with benkovic.

3.) 28 Feb 2019 23:07:17
Didn't Boyata do that against Rosenberg that led to Griffiths winner?

27 Feb 2019 21:43:02
Not great but all about the 3 points. Just relieved - it's hard to take at times.

Belbhoy

{Ed007's Note - Any win at Tynecastle's a great result though. That's one of our toughest fixtures out the way and we took the full 3 points, after the last couple of days I'm absolutely delighted with tonight's result.}

1.) 27 Feb 2019 21:50:05
Ed007, agree. Always hard and after what's happened and with no CalMac or Ntcham or Rogic (remember him? ) It's a great result. Especially scoring so late. Sweet. HH.

{Ed007's Note - And KT back.....

2.) 27 Feb 2019 21:56:17
I'm ecstatic about that result. After the last couple of days there was no telling what effect it would have on the team, so getting the win at a difficult venue said a lot for the players.

3.) 27 Feb 2019 22:03:12
What a result! Always a hard game and after the last few days that was a good response. one of the hardest games of the season. Onto the other side of edinburgh, win that one and no 1 can stop us. p. s sky pundits raging we got that winner hahaha. up yi!

4.) 27 Feb 2019 22:11:59
When I was younger we would score right at the death in lots of games. Nowadays the blood pressure goes sky high! You could see the passion Lennon still has for the club. The top post about coins. I never seen anyone tossing any and if they did grab the little feckers and give them a boot in the hawmaws and name and shame them.

5.) 27 Feb 2019 22:48:03
Agree Ed, really didn't think we were getting over the line tonight. Anyone know the script with ntcham? Will we ever see him again?

{Ed007's Note - Ntcham's injured but there's no indication of how long he'll be out for.}

My last post on this matter as it has left a bad taste in my mouth. Basically, HE, not worthy of calling him by his name, has jumped at the first opportunity. Although there has been rumours I don't recall any concrete offers. Common decency, respect and honour thrown out of the window. As I said he might've had problems with Lawwell but do the right thing. Waving his ten fingers for 10 in a row - a joke of a man. Utter contempt for him now.

Belbhoy

1.) 26 Feb 2019 17:13:56
I totally agree!

2.) 26 Feb 2019 17:25:39
He was offered a job in China pre season? The guy has delivered for us big time over the past few years and if he choses to go then he goes with my blessing. Timing is horrible but Lennon will do a job until the end of the season.

No one is bigger than the club and that includes the manager. Get the next appointment right and we will still do 10.

Terrible to watch. I’ve loved brown but it’s maybe time he moves on. How often does he pass the ball backwards.
