Happy New Year everybody!
Obviously understand how important it is to beat rangers at every opportunity, no matter what. But think people hitting the “panic†buttons too quickly.
Yep outplayed twice, but we are a counter-attacking team now that just doesn’t dominate possession against ANY opponent like Rodgers teams did. The same way Lennys Hibs team was. Yes we need a new striker to give eddy some help up front, love Griffiths but just not sure it’s working out for him.
But when we spanked rangers they went and got Kent the next day. People moan about Lawell but he actually does a good job, give them a chance to sort it in January. We needed players anyway regardless of this result as the squad has been pushed to its depths recently and really were still well in the race.
If Celtic sing Wanyama in Jan and that is a big if, like rangers did Kent after getting shafted, in the long term it could be the best thing too happen. But it could happen, he’s nowhere near spurs team so even 6 month loan is possible. Even if not Wanyama some lesser known but quality players could come in, we know players are coming in, Lenny said so himself.
What happened to the Tims keeping the faith!

I feel for Ed007 every transfer window. The garbage he must see reading the posts would be mind numbing but no doubt there will be plenty that will give him a good laugh. Heres hoping we get 2or 3 in and get rid of the deadwood in the squad.

Yous say this is under a pile of rubbish but does anybody think it’s funny how our new £7 million centre back is still not fit enough to start games?
Find it really hard to believe. Watched him in one game pre-season and he tried to kick the ball above headlight in his own box. Ideally your big centre half would be heading it clear and going through anybody stood in his way.
Was excited by the signing but honestly lads Juliens a dddy, don't put any hope in this or Bolingoli.
We’re being sold up the river and sold a a lot of rubbish. again.
