There are supporters from every religion and race.
The GB must have had to put all their top brains together to come up with that banner they displayed in a foreign country last night.

This is nothing to to with Catholic/Protestant, Celtic/Rangers or pish like that, this is about putting that S***e to bed once and for all and getting on with our lives for the good of all of us.
Far too many people in Scotland associate football/politics/Religion as the same thing and it's that which is holding us back, forget the football side and look at life, there's no reason why everyone can't do what's best for other people without stupid pish that really means nothing. Everybody should be free to live their life the way they want, Catholic schools and Chapels don't teach hate, Protestant & non-dom schools and churches don't teach hate contrary to what you read on the internet, I have no problem what so ever with decent Protestants that go to church and practise what the Bible tells us - it's the dregs, the OO etc that need to be seen to be in charge when there is plenty enough sensible people from both sides that could give us a fairer society.
I love this hymn, no Pope, no queen, no IRA or UVF... think like that and maybe we can get a change because the way things are going we're on our way to Hell on a hand cart. You ain't getting into Heaven because you sang F Bobby Sands at the football.

Ed, i served 5 years in the RAF and left when i was 22. I only found out about 5 years ago (from my window cleaner) that anyone who has served 5 years is entitled to a military pension. Do they tell you about it, do they feck. I applied and was told that i didn’t qualify because the five years starts on your 18th birthday and i joined at 17. I then got in touch with some of my old RAF mates, some who had served 5 - 10 years and hadn’t been told. They now get theirs. Not back dated and not a lot but better in their pocket than the governments. I agree 100% that they do not look after ex servicemen and i struggle to understand this stuff about ex military honouring the queen when they have only been paid for their work carried out just like any other worker.

Had a similar argument with a Jambo on site. Put the religious republican nationalist argument to one side. What has this queen done for the working class her working class? This state funeral alone when you take in cost to employers businesses being shut let alone the poncy carry on to put on a show for the world to see could wipe out a load of debt. And don’t get me started on the food banks closing as a result of a day of mourning. F the crown.

In my opinion the banner was spot on. When you have an outdated regime like the monarchy where Catholics can't be Queen or King or even a Prime Minister and the new King promises to defend the Protestant faith in Scotland. I posted a few days ago, Catholics are treated like second class citizens especially in this country and they expect you to mourn someone who couldn’t give a s*** about you.

Oldkilly I agree with the catholic thing as my grandfathers found it very hard to get work because of it. Maybe that’s why I had to join the military in order to get employment. The GB could have put a positive thing on their banners and didn’t. I certainly won’t be mourning but I won’t be disrespecting the event either. To be honest my military medals are in the loft and have been for years. Fight war not wars as Crass said.

Arrowh s poste I broke some bones in a work accident a workmate told me to claim the Ni when I went to put my sick line I asked for the form to claim was told there is no such form her jaw dropped when I told her the number of form she literally went to her bottom drawer and gave me said form filled it in went for a medical and received a couple of thousand from them how many thousands of people have lost out on this possibly yourself included Mark?
