Heard over the weekend DD was in town last week to speak to Ange and head off any rumour of him leaving.
Budgets and players, which we are seemingly on top of, were discussed and all is rosy in the Celtic garden.
Lastly young O'hara has impressed Ange, plus Scottish, so there might be a goer there.
Maybe just gossip but the dude is usually close to the truth.

So it's over. The Age of Ange is no more.
We need to move fast, the CL groups will be here in no time.
I wish him well, thank him for straightening the mess, for building a squad and for another treble.
BUT. The patting of the chest Sunday has soured me a bit. Dssapointing.

Postecoglu has rained on our treble parade and tainted his legacy. Apparently told the board on Saturday he was off to Spurs so contract details were obviously agreed beforehand which means he’s been speaking to them for weeks. Quoting Tommy Burns and patting the badge on the park and fronting a we’re all in campaign to sell season tickets while knowing he was away. Apparently looking to take Kennedy and Strachan. Left Yokohama mid-season no different from Rodgers. Disappointed but Postecoglu is now history the question for Celtic is his replacement to improve on his European exploits. Too much at stake financially with automatic qualification for champions league for Celtic not to push the boat out when considering options. Potter? Knudsen? Exciting times. Over to Dermot Desmond and the board.

Now he only has a two year contract, sounds like he knows exactly what will happen to him, gone in twelve months max

He's been given permission to speak to spurs, bit disappointed in him thought he'd have stayed longer, same as the rest pocket comes first, but at least he never ran away before the season was complete, but he's no different from the rest and that's a shame.

The Celtic support are there for life - unlike numerous managers and players I have seen at the club for 60 years. Even though Ange won five trophies (with the team playing excellent football) , he has had a shorter tenure than plenty before him and we will recover again.
At least, as the season is just ending we have time to react positively and decisively - You would hope. H H.

At the end of the day he has turned his back on celtic at the first chance he got. Let's know forget his record is european football was shocking. So disgusted with the whole lot of it.

Ange. The plus points for me at Spurs are pretty obvs. A massive wage increase, the ability to play in a market place where money is no object to the purchase of players. Turn Spurs around and enhance his reputation.
There is a downside however. Spurs are perennial underachievers. There is a petition against him from Spurs fans. Levy. The fact four top level coaches were not interested in the gig despite the huge wages.
Ange is loved here, a point I'm sure he is aware of. He runs the club, he has even more power than MON. He brought our Japanese players here and will feel a loyalty to them I feel. Plus he's a "football man", he loves the passion at the Park. CL groups guaranteed.
If he gets us performing in the CL bigger EPL clubs will look at him, maybe even Liverpool his boyhood club when Klop leaves.
What you have here Ange is something you will never have in the tourist league, we celebrate goals they take pictures of it.

Martin O'Neill. Been on all media for a couple of weeks lately, and as usual only good things to say about our club. But.
Are we being primed for Ange leaving with MON coming in and holding the Fort?
O'Neill is the only manager held in similar esteem to Ange, so a move would be easier to swallow. i realise this is a bit of a downer but Ange never really blew the leaving rumour out the water.
I would assume that the cash on offer, which would be insane at Spurs, has to be a factor, but I always felt he was not driven by money but by legacy.
Anyway. Title day again Bhoys enjoy it and watch where you stray given the onion bears rumours.

Congratulations to sevco. Now joint winners of the beat Celtic Cup with St Mirren.
We had chances but never took them, they did. some player today let themselves down, but they'll know it.
Get ready for the press nonsense, will be ramped up from tomorrow till the season ends.
However, we gave up midfield, again, to them and that's worrying.
