Who the F sets out the schedule for our games. we had to play 9 games in December, then we get a much welcomed break of about 3 weeks. Then we play 5 games in 15 days, then we get 11 days off. Then we play 5 games in 14 days and get 9 days off. Then only play 3 games in the whole of March. Surely the powers that be could have scheduled this more evenly.

I’d imagine the gaps/ periods where we don’t play many games are spaces where Scottish Cup ties will be played. Schedule won’t be long in filling up again (hopefully! )

Deadbeat Dad give me a break, do you know for a fact if he is the Father
She could just be starting trouble none of us know other than what's in the paper.

different thread daz but the first line of LM67 post still worked 😂.

4.) 07 Jan 2018 00:38:24
whole LM67 post could be ingenious innuendo (if in the thread above) 😂.

5.) 07 Jan 2018 01:15:15
Meant it.

Hi Ed, do you think that the Caulker signing is looking likely or is it still speculation at this point.

arrowh

{Ed007's Note - It's more than speculation mate but as I said a lot will depend on the player himself and his recovery.}

I think that if we can get Steven Caulker in and he can keep his head healthy, that he would be a great signing for us. Not sure if the Glasgow goldfish bowl would be good for him though.

Thats exactly my feelings on it mate, look what the fans did to ambrose, destroyed his confidence and that was a man with a clear mind, but a fit caulker that got over his demons would be an outstanding signing imo.

2.) 03 Jan 2018 12:11:47
Aye it's oor fault ambrose was hopeless, who else are we to blame for cifti, mo bangura, amido balde. gimme strength man.

3.) 03 Jan 2018 17:24:51
We didn't ruin Efe, his displays ruined his chances. Everybody loved the big man, the truth is he wasn't good enough. I wish him well and hoe he continues to do well at the Hibees.

It’s a shame but not unsurprising that the media have not even mentioned the tackle/ assault by the Motherwell player prior to him being sent off.

Feck them. Game over. Trophy at Celtic Park end of. The Huns have still got their financially doped trophies in their cabinet (cheating bams) and not a word said. I'm getting bored now with this pish. Bottom line 4 trophies in a row and 65 games unbeaten domestically. Lucky aye (right) . ☘️.

2.) 27 Nov 2017 19:43:35
Most reports say a lot more about attitudes to Celtic than they do about anything else. In a pretty embarrassing way.

JFP, had a look at that CATB video. Really Enjoyed it. Thanks. I have to say all the posts relating to my day were so enjoyable to read. Took me back to my 1st memories of watching celtic at firhill with my old uncle Peter, 1st final 85 (aged 9) with my dad and bro. Love St 86 again with my dad and bro, jumping the trackside wall as not to get crushed as the goals went in. My bro took his boy yesterday too. 2 if us sitting on the supporters bus with bald nappers admiring our 2 steeped in celtic sons in the seats in front. Happy days.

4.) 28 Nov 2017 07:57:47
All the reports I read said the ref had a bad game, and how he didn't even book the defender for that tackle on Dembele was unbelievable.

5.) 28 Nov 2017 18:09:47
Ignore all the hysterical nonsense fuelled By MSSM who encouraged the Motherwell manager to make a fool of himself on Sunday . With mature reflections he realised his player deserved the red and hence Sinclair hadnt dived and Thompson had for once got the decision right.

Hi Ed. I see that the fund has slowed down after an initial good start. Let’s hope that it picks up again at the end of the month when pay day comes round.

arrowh

{Ed007's Note - I know mate and even though the amount is absolutely fantastic it's a bit disappointing that all of it came from only 34 people and mostly from on here.}

1.) 27 Nov 2017 18:28:47
I’m sure it will pick up again buddy. Even if our supporters commit a couple of quid, it will mount up.

{Ed007's Note - The majority has came from the guys on here already, as usual you've all went above and beyond.}

I take it that he is the big target man that a lot of us have been looking for?

Our players are just not good enough, our management team are inexperienced at this level and our fitness is questionable. Are the players at fault? In my opinion, we have got what we paid for! Is RD at fault? Again, we got what we paid for! I think that it all comes down to the lack of investment and lack of ambition from the top. They are bleeding my club more than the old biscuit tin brigade ever did. When you then take into account the abysmal scouting situation, my club are in the worst state that I have ever seen them and the least competitive they have been and I have followed them since I was 5 (55 years)

@ Stevo, yes w got a good fee for him and it was good business but that does not convince me that he was a good player. Over at Ibrokes, they got around the same for Hutton ad he is, was and always will be crap. Also, the last thing that we need just now is someone with an attitude to disrupt the dressing room. I personally liked to watch McGeady when h was on his game but cannot see him training the way RD wants or him seeing "teamwork" as being a priority.
I would rather bring in nobody than risk disrupting the dressing room
.

Morning Ed. If we did as DB67 suggested, could we then loan Hendry back to them for the rest of the season?

arrowh

{Ed007's Note - Yes.}

Well said WB. Let’s hope that this result and the way it happened has the same effect on the board and DD that our last defeat to the huns had.

Well said Jamie. If everybody sticks in even a couple of quid, we will get there no problem and its a really good cause.

Patdabhoy. I don’t have a problem with them celebrating. I would expect our guys (especially Lustig and Griffiths) to do the same if we took 7 off any team but i agree with the rest of your post buddy.
