Assertive, classy performance for eighty minutes today with cracking goals and some great individual displays.
OK Hertz are in disarray at present, but it's all about us getting, fitter, sharper and building confidence and momentum.
Great job all round - although Gordon made an arse of their goal and exposed weakness at his near post yet again.

We need a new keeper. Any direct ball over the top of the defence like the England goal or any time he has to fly off the line to the edge of the box he is all over the place. He took 2 or 3 players out last season and got away with it but it will catch us up.

Totally disagree, I've every confidence with Gordon at this level, he also assisted in a number of goal chances today .

LeedsCelt he has a big mistake in him every game. Today all he had to do was stay on his feet and the ball would have just hit him.
How often he gives the opposition the ball straight back with his kick outs is criminal
Wednesday was prime example of that.

Kev, I agree about distribution on Wed night but to be fair, that was an exception in an otherwise well improved performance regarding his kicking.

His distribution causes too much panic at the back, I'm all for playing out from the back but sometimes it is just best to put it in row Z. He doesn't command his area, He parries into the danger area, beaten too easily at near post, When he does come out to gather he wipes out the player. I think every time on Wednesday he tried to dink the ball over their attacker he gave it away every time.
