Well it's been a laugh during the international break. (I'm not meaning the Scotland games 😂). From Brendan leaving for any managerial job that's currently available to Boyd's inside knowledge! Celtic in crisis, Dressing room split, Charlie's usual guff, Griffith's taking the huff, KT dropped. Then we have had The Semi final debacle, The ticket allocations, Venues, Aberdeen up in arms, Hearts up in arms, Celtic pissed off and a HAPPY The rangers (unheard off).

1.) 18 Oct 2018 21:17:26
Sevco happy because they're get yo g everything there own way due to spfl and sfa bias.

05 Oct 2018 10:39:13
It's about time Rodgers sees that Lustig is now a has-been and Hendrys is a never should have been! In the midfield Ntcham was poor Mulumbu gave his all, McGregor left chasing shadows.

1.) 05 Oct 2018 16:54:19
Maybe he does and didn't get the cash but in jan a rb and a striker are a must.

2.) 05 Oct 2018 17:29:30
Maybe a couple of CB's mally before a rb and a st👍☘HH.

3.) 05 Oct 2018 19:18:43
And a goalkeeper.

4.) 06 Oct 2018 01:47:26
Gamboa and Simunovic were on the bench.

We should have played them before Lustig and Hendry.

Or Tierney in central defence with Izzy on left Wing.

Mikel Lustig has been a fantastic player for Celtic in both domestic and European football. Thanks Mikel, but these fast left winger lads are increasingly getting past you mate.

Poor Gordon must be keeching himself when the team-sheet goes up and young Hendry is in front of him.

5.) 06 Oct 2018 10:55:15
Gordon's just as a big a liability as Hendry is. Hopefully we can sell Jozo and Compper in Jan (pay off) and BUY a new CB and settle him in. Another CB to follow in summer after Boyata and Benkovic leaves. If Boyata leaves before then we'd need 2 so maybe keep Jozo until summer. Surely Ralston can't be as big a liability as Lustig has been lately. Or Gamboa for that matter. Especially playing as a wing back I think he could excel. We need a new RW in Jan that'll score and create lots to replace the void left by PR7 and as mentioned Nick Powell too as he can play both CAM and ST. No idea what has happened to Ntcham if his forms dipped because of Porto, The moose or he's fed up now but if he doesn't want to be here then he needs to go. The money raised by him can surely get a like for like replacement in Chirivella with change. The biggest hope is a new #1 GK in summer.

6.) 06 Oct 2018 20:36:21
I’ve had a think about Lustig and Hendry.

The first time I watched Hendry, he played a blinder as right back in Lustig’s position.

Mikel is slowing against fast left Wingers in Europe. He increasingly reverts to pulling them back/ down. Gaining a yellow and risking red.

Suggestion: would Hendry as Right Back with Lustig inside him at central defence be better?

Noted Compper, Gamboa and Jozo Simunovic are fit alongside Boyatta and Tierney and Izzaguire.

Jozo was critical in the double treble and two CL group stages. Two good years service.

We need to see what Gamboa and Compper have. They’ve been there ages and are totally unknowns.

19 Sep 2018 20:10:19
The next 2 transfer windows we should be getting rid of all the dead wood and get some cash spent on quality first team signings and no more "projects".

1.) 19 Sep 2018 22:54:11
Get rid of the deadwood, yes, but bring in more projects, but make sure they are scouted well, spending cash on so called quality is ridiculous usually, because so called quality, expects to be paid a big wage just to turn up,

2.) 19 Sep 2018 23:06:58
We have been calling for that for the last 4 windows. It's not going to happen.

3.) 20 Sep 2018 08:21:58
This don't sign project players is a load of rubbish.
Van dyjk- project
Wanyama- project
Roberts- project and there is loads more.

4.) 20 Sep 2018 13:44:16
Totally Kev, quality players can still be projects.

5.) 20 Sep 2018 16:39:50
As long as they can improve us I welcome any player. I hope to sign quality, but if the tin remains lost then what choucecdo we have? Incidently I think it will turn up in January.

6.) 20 Sep 2018 16:49:12
Is it possible to get wee Paddy in January on a pre-contract?

7.) 20 Sep 2018 18:31:38
Royjac73 No because he is contracted to city until 2020.

8.) 20 Sep 2018 18:49:20
Is Carzola of Villarreal available on freedom of contract.

9.) 20 Sep 2018 19:00:15
There's plenty of quality at a snip it's scouting the right leagues. Surely there is plenty of players in the likes of Poland, Slovakian, Serbian, Austrian, Swiss, Croatian leagues that will be an improvement on what is already here and we probably pay better wages than most teams in those leagues too. Agree with Kev those players was all projects and turned out to be great players for us. We need to improve on our scouting and recruitment and not leave it too late to sign these kind of players before someone else beats us to it.

10.) 21 Sep 2018 10:57:35
We need to look elsewhere. The utter pish talked about the English market was mind bending. How anyone thought we could compete for anybody from that hyper inflated market defies logic

We need to look at smaller leagues, there are plenty of players out there who could improve us it’s just about finding them. Maybe looking would be a good idea. You never know. Seek and you shall find and all that.

11.) 21 Sep 2018 12:01:04
Surely there must be good players in the Scandinavian countries we could get in January, their season finishes soon so the January window should be the best time to get value there.

22 Aug 2018 15:51:25
9 days to try get this lot out the door and off the wage bill DDV. Boyata. Compper. Bitton. Hayes. Alan. Benyu. Christie looks like being loaned out. Kouassi (loan or knuckle down and fight for a place)

1.) 22 Aug 2018 16:58:29
I’ll settle for getting the traitor out the door.

2.) 22 Aug 2018 17:17:34
Would keep bitton good back up imo would walk into all other all teams comfortably.

3.) 22 Aug 2018 18:10:51
Bitton has definitely earned his right to be here.

4.) 23 Aug 2018 00:49:20
Who's Bitton, lol. Is that a new signing.

25 May 2018 11:43:41
If Armstrong, Biton, Alan; Cifci Roberts, Siviatchenko, Simonuvic Commper and Benyu all come off the wage bill, how many new faces do you reckon we will bring in?

Kouassi looks the part and hopefully Morgan and Chrisrie hit the ground running when given the chance. Tierney Rogic McGregor Ajer all
are on new deals and Griffiths (soon) Broony till he retires is great buisness. Hopefully big Eddie signs up and Dembele stays for a year or 2.

1.) 25 May 2018 12:59:28
Rb cb and may be a wide player plus cover for kt.

2.) 25 May 2018 13:33:04
Bit early to write off benyu mate he’s never been given a run in the team.

However I think we’ll bring in 3-4 players. Rodgers seems happy enough to wait on the right players so don’t think we’ll see the days of 6-7 players being signed whilst he’s here. Plus the squad still needs trimmed.

3.) 25 May 2018 17:54:08
Totally too early to write off Benyu. The boy has talent. Simo also deserves a bit of time. All of our players form
dipped. We still need a CB a RB though.

4.) 25 May 2018 20:09:46
Can't write off Benyu yet, he's still young and with the help of Brendan and the coaching staff I think he will be a good player for us, he looked nice and sharp when we seen glimpses of him last season.

5.) 26 May 2018 11:14:32
As much as I love lustig (I mean come on the guy wore a fecking beach ball ok his head and a coppers hat) he’s exposed big time in Europe up against anyone with pace! A rb with pace who can actually defend will be a good start in this transfer window.

6.) 26 May 2018 13:36:42
If all the mentioned left then it be good to see a quality CB and RB added. McGinn would be an ideal replacement for Armstrong with the bait of Allan. Still CG being #1 would be a concern.

7.) 26 May 2018 18:24:53
Can’t agree with the cg comment! He’s kept us in way more games than he’s cost us. In fact he’s very rarely cost us a game in his time here. A few mistakes but what keeer doesn’t?

I just listened to Jonathan Sutherland interview with BR. Brendan slaps him down with "Typical Scottish negativity"when it was a positive night. A wee slug hurting badly along with his person media mates.

31 Oct 2018 19:25:20
Tonights game will be like a trip down memory lane. A full fixture list with all the games kicking off at the same. Watching the game and finding out how the others are doing. Loud cheers when nothing is happening much on the park from news filtering thru every time that mob concedes a goal.

25 Oct 2018 21:25:43
Same old groundhog day in European away games. Amateurish defending.

1.) 25 Oct 2018 22:41:36
I got to the point long ago when I expect nothing less when we play in Europe! And I’m not just talking about the results because theyr a cert before a balls even kicked! I’m talking about the comical defending, players hiding, giving the ball away under no pressure, the total lack of self belief against any team with a bit of quality! It’s like watching the same film over and over, and each time u lose more interest in watching it again! The thing that scares me is that it doesn’t even anger me anymore. gone are the days of losing the rag and screaming at every decision or Mis placed pass, that’s all been replaced by a realism about how rubbish we really are at any sort of decent level!

2.) 26 Oct 2018 07:30:26
School boy defending again and some on here think gamboa is a player jeez.

16 Oct 2018 20:14:33
Sitting watching France V Germany and the french fans are chanting COYBIG.

09 Oct 2018 14:11:58
Good on Griffiths for concentrating on his fitness for our club. Mcleish blabbing to his pet poodles in the media he wouldn't take my call. Now we have a daily rag wanting him disciplined for liking a tweet! Countless times in the past we had Rfc players unfit to play yet would play against celtic a few days later and no outcry. If he starts with Forrest on the bench I hope he tells him he's done with them. In an ideal world I wouldn't want any of our players playing for Scotland. A rancid corrupt SFA managed by a rancid corrupt tax dodger who chucked the job the first time around. Gordon benched for McGregor who has a lifetime ban yet welcomed with open arms by mcleish.

1.) 09 Oct 2018 15:06:57
It's any excuse with the sceptic Sevco media to badmouth everything Celtic, while staying in total denial about TRIFC2012 and their never ending plight - and desperation to cling onto our coat-tails.
I would not begrudge any Celtic player representing their country; but would be delighted if the Scots all chose to concentrate on their fitness and wage-paying, club priority - or find a non-Scottish, immediate relative and choose that country, rather than one that shows continued biased and contempt against us.

2.) 09 Oct 2018 18:32:46
Ooooft. Just heard Alan McGregor on snyde. He sounds like a wee Ned mumbling pish. Its the first I've ever heard him talk no wonder he used sign language with Ferguson.

3.) 09 Oct 2018 19:45:25
Despite my Irish heritage, I’m a full blown Scotland fan and I always want our players to play and for the team to do well. However, I’m delighted that Griff has told EBT Eck to GTF at the earliest opportunity. He knows Griff is far, far superior to Naismith and if he wants to mess him about, he has to realise that there’s consequences.

4.) 09 Oct 2018 20:08:08
I wish every Celtic player would tell Scotland where to go.
How can any player want to play for a manager who cheated the club they play for and an association who continue to turn a blind eye to it.
Until there is a complete overhaul at the SFA, our players should take nothing to do with this corrupt rabble.

The £1 coin causes so much havoc in Scottish Football if used properly. It hits refs, players and even brought down an institution with ease. Today it nearly killed Morelos.
