I read a report that Brendan wants to bring his former Leicester Captain Johny Evans to Celtic. He will be 36 in January.

Evans missed the most of last season because he picked up 4 separate injuries throughout the season.

Leicester missed him this season past, he was their best defender up until his injury and has been good wherever he has played but at 36 can he play for us in Europe. Experience is great but does he still have the legs. Not one for me. If we need a new CB, a younger experienced player is what we need, someone who is here for the long run, not a season or two at most.

Cant see Evans coming even if the deal was good. If he did come his heart wouldn't be in it anyway, he's a big Sevco fan. HH.
