Why suddenly does everyone want to pick assistants and assistants assistants, I've never seen so maybe people discuss who they want as number 2. With the current board its very unlikely we'll get any of our top 3 choices for manager, let alone assistant/ d. o. f.

If we pick a manager from these islands then the new Manager should appoint his whole staff.
If he doesn't know suitable people maybe he isn't suitable.
