Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and here is mines.

Lennon has been a Celtic supporter longer than some of the "fans" who are posting on here he has lived and breathed Celtic since he was a young lad.

Some of the comments on this page are nothing short of a disgrace.

He has been a successful player, captain and manager of Celtic football club.

Did he make a mistake the other night with Calmac yes he did. Has the people who post on here that he should be sacked and that he is a yob ever made mistakes in their life's?

I think so.

He lost one match last season and he has lost one this season which albeit has cost us our champions league hopes for the year but in No way does the man deserve to be sacked.

Certain people who call theirselves Celtic fans should be having a look at theirselves and getting behind the man and the players and will them on another successful season.

Please stop with all the bull crap and support the team as they regroup and refocus on defending the title and trying to secure European football for the year ahead.

I am also upset we lost the game the other night but for calling for a man to be sacked after losing one game is ludicrous.

Some of the drivel on here recently is insane
On one hand we can’t be blinkered by the fact he is Celtic fan, ex player etc. A manager must be the right man for the job regardless and he should be backed by the board and be able to choose his own signings, therefore the buck stops with him. I wasn’t in Favour of Lennons appointment, I’m more upset with what I see as the boards lack of ambition after Brendan, but Lennon despite his many flaws is here and I won’t be calling for his head after one defeat.
I will hold him accountable for calmac at left back - the middle of our team should focus around calmac and if anyone should be stepping aside it’s brown for me.

Well my opinion is that i support celtic and want celtic to do the best we can and with lennon in charge i don't beleive we will. He won titles without any real chaklenge ie no rangers yet couldn't win a treble. He was hopeless at bolton and hibs after a half decent start he constantly falls out with players and tactically is useless but coz he beat Barcelona years ago and is a celtic man who gets us then we sgould support him no matter how bad it gets well am sorry but i want better for my club. Also his interview today is embarrasing taking absolutely no blame whatsoever when a blind man could see his set up was terrible. We have been downsizing for years but this season seem to have got worse and i worry for us this year and just pray our quality players drag us through and get this title over the line. I will always support celtic and that to me means wanting the very best for my club and that means being able to critisize and disagree with things not just accept them coz you told me to .

Enrico, Have you seen Tommy Sheridan's battle cry 4 minute film, it is worth a watch.
He is sticking up for our manager and is trying to pull every supporter in the one direction for the good of the team and the club as a whole.
Probably most Celtic fans didn't agree with the full time appointment of Lenny but it would be foolish to sack our manager after winning our only 2 league games.
We must stick with our boards decision and between the recruitment and the manager, the board must release the funds to help them quickly fill in the gaps that have appeared in our playing squad.
We have plenty of time to still make it a season to remember. Over And Over.

Being a Celtic man doesn't make him good enough for Celtic managers job.

Being a Celtic man shouldn't be even mentioned when looking for or appointing a manager

Would any fan want a manager that had totally failed down south and then failed at Hibs if they were not blinded by the Celtic man nonsense

I don't care if he's Irish I don't care what religion he is and I don't care that he was a great player for us.
All I care about is if he's good enough to take us forward and that answer is no IMO.

Lennon is a Celtic leader and legend. Who deserves more respect and backing from a section of fans.

As for hamiltonbhoy I want the best for Celtic and always have done. You sound like a zombie saying he won titles without any real challenge he could only lead the team to victory against the players and teams which were about int those days. As for you foolish comments about him beating Barcelona he has done a lot more as a player and manager for Celtic than get his tactics right against Barcelona.

Who said we should support him no matter how bad it’s gets? We have lost 1 game get a grip! Would you say losing 1 game is a crisis?

Marco, lennons mistake of playing Calmac which I said was wrong did not cost Celtic 25 million. Letting in silly goals was what cost the club the game. So should Scott Brown be sacked for handling the ball in the box? Should Bain be sacked for his mistake? Seriously!

Leon Bhoy I have just watched it there my friend Tommy is another guy who has made some mistakes but I totally agree with what he says in his video. The man sees sense unlike some of these other fools on here.

Lenny is a stubborn Irishmen. Who won't admit he got it wrong. He is correct in the fact we should've done better. Apparently the board are brilliant with him working on deals for weeks now no hurry then. Lenny's job is to get players playing position's natural to them not tinker about and this workin progress nonsense gets me wound up. Boli is 24 so if he needs work why pay over 3 million for him. Lustig and izzy would have probably seen us through that game. Every year we punt our best players Boyata should have been sold last year and his replacement bedded in now we are preparing for the qualifiers pre season total joke with a patched up defence Mismanagement from top to bottom fair enough Rodgers bolted but Lenny has had time to get players in 3 rightbacks have gone why they haven't been replaced only Lenny knows.

I think that what you are finding, is the people who were deluding themselves into thinking rafa or avb were in connection for the job, but were so disappointed when NL got the job, are taking the first opportunity to tell the world that they were right.
Its bad enough the the whole country wants him to fail because of there hatred towards him but some of the bile from our own fans is mind boggling.
He has inherited a defensive mess with the recruitment side of the club not helping much.

Yes he might fail and yes he might succeed but give the guy a chance.
He will not get sacked and he will not chuck it.

Hamilton his record as Celtic manager speaks for himself end of.

I too have been travelling to Celtic park for over 30 years.

Take away his playing days if you like he has learned his trade under managers like O’Neill and strachan who were both successful Celtic managers he will have picked up a thing or 2 from them he wins trophies and he has signed a number of good players for the club.

If we fail to win the league this season then maybe he was not the right decision but until then the man deserves a chance and not to be bashed for 1 result.

On what he has done as a past manager and coach he was the right person at the time to come and steady the ship when BR left.

I myself thought the club would maybe have went for another big name but they didn’t and here we are with Lennon the leader the legend.

I just think there has been an overreaction to this result the other night and that we should continue to back and support Lenny while he is in charge.

End of the day enrico a just want best for celtic mate and i just don't think lennon is the right man and not just based on one game. What annoys me more a suppose is the fact that we should be so far in front of them that they should be irrelevant to us the fact that they are close to us after only 8 years ago being in third division is shocking we seem to be regressing to a level tht allows them near us which is unacceptable.
