Does anyone know if McGregor has been called up to the Scotland squad? I read that he had, but now on the BBC it says he hasn't and that McGregor isn't expecting a call.
If he hasn't, Strachan needs some form of therapy. Or to be sacked. Some of the players in the squad ahead of CM are nowhere near as good as him, but to then have our two main midfielders pull out and not take the opportunity to make amends for the initial mistake is completely unforgivable.

Strachan is just a helmet, he’d rather have the wee imp Bannan play before McGregor

He has real issues when it’s put to him that a player should be in his team. Remember the start of this qualifying group no Celtic players where in the team

I’ll always watch Scotland even if at times I wish they would scrap the way international football is done. All the teams below a certain ranking should have to qualify for the qualifiers - some of the groups are just full of rubbish.

Agree Kev T. For some reason he rates Bannan and Morrison who are both garbage. Can see either playing alongside Fletcher but would be bold to see him go with McGregor and McGinn but too big a game and neither have the experience as is his reluctance to try bring through the new generation of players rather than stick with the ones that's so often failed.
