The board will never sack RD as the board have never truly caked him in the transfer market or even to allow him to bring his backroom team with him. So how can they sack a guy that they have never give en a y kind of budget too ut consistently sell his best players.

Lawell won't sack him as it would make him look bad. I like RD but I can't even bring myself to watch games anymore there that bad.

I see no progress, maybe we don't have good players in Tierney, Bitton and Griffiths it's just the rest are really poor.

We badly need a quality signing or two to help bring fans back. Some of my mates have had season tickets all there life and now won't watch Celtic until RD is gone. There genuine supporters that simply won't accept what's happening to our club.

Does a new manager make any difference and if so who? Can't think of anyone that is out of a job that will do anything great for us.

I like Ronny as well, but I've got friends with 3/4 season tickets and most are getting unused every week - even the kids/teenagers are bored with it! It is brutal and have not progressed since last year, fact! Ronny is a clever guy, has good ideas but the world is full of managers/people in general who can't turn that into success! It could be one thing in their character that kills them! John Hughes or Derek McInnes couldn't have done a worse job for us this season, and I wouldn't have either as manager! I think we need someone older, I think it would help in the pressure/European games, especially with this team being young aka rubbish! I would like Prandelli, then Bielsa, I think Prandelli could be talked into it with a good offer, he went to turkey and left a few months ago because the club are a shambles! Bielsa spoke to Swansea, so surely he would at least speak to us. We would have to pay both a good wage but I'd prefer that to 2/3 average players! I would let them bring in their own staff if they wanted, or contemplate guys like Hartley/Stubbs (if he'd take it) as an extra assistant/coach. A lot of top managers have 2/3 assistants and having someone who knows the club would be a huge help, certainly initially! I also think doing it now would give them a chance to improve their English for next season! Pochettino didn't speak a word of English and what a job he's done, - I read a stat that he's coached 10 of the last 11 players who's made their England debut! That's incredible, and I know he adores Bielsa and said he's an inspiration to him! I hate saying this, I was praying Ronny would do better - this season has been an absolute nightmare though!

Well done DN 30 I see you are asking for Lenny to come back. It takes a big man to admit his mistake.

The odd domestic draw and defeat will happen I accept that. However what I don't accept is the manner in which Celtic are playing its just the same old garbage we don't look any fitter and don't have any entertaining players. Rd is a poor mans Mowbray. I have no faith in him whatsoever. He fails to inspire me let alone an overpaid modern day footballer. Punt him now because if Celtic struggle to beat low end spl teams that can't get past euro qualifiers against Kazakhstan Romania Iceland Sweden minnows then what chance do we have in the qualifiers.

Spot on. Last years good players going backwards and the coaching staff can't get a fit squad to pass properly, and as for defence we've all seen the disasters that Helen week in and week out. When we can't see any improvement it's time to get rid of RD, his signings have been terrible and the prospect of him bringing in more duds in Jan - duds that we'll be landed with for the next 4years. Do the right thing and let him coach a team that's at his level.

I think Ronnies a nice guy, but he is an idealist, I just don't think he's a manager, why does he change the team every week?, if he's not changing the defence he's changing the midfield, as for Lennon, I can't remember as many bad performances domestically when he was in charge, even some of the games that have been won, the teams not played well, I know some people have an issue with the board that means they are blinkered to Ronnies shortcomings, but Celtic have got the players, that shoud be storming away with this league, but they are not being coached or managed properly, maybe Ronnie will get a grip in the second half of the season, but if Aberdeen win the league, he has to go.

Experienced managers currently not working. Prandelli, Mazzari, Spalletti, Bielsa, Heynckes, Hitzfeld, Schaff. 3 novices - Yakin, Seedorf, Monk. My potential dark horse - Lucien Favre! I forgot he just left Monchengladbach, he is a great age, and very highly regarded! I remember the last time (when Lennon left) I fancied Tuchel, I remember Ed talking about Yakin, - he's left Russia! There's 3 Italians there, the thing about Italians is they would settle easy in Glasgow for obvious reasons. Think of the players we have had, and the other mob have had! So there is options, the majority wouldn't be interested but with a good offer I think Prandelli and Favre would be!

Keeping in mind that I don't think we will sack RD anytime soon, I think that we should get rid of Collins and replace him with Joe Jordan. He is working as a pundit just now (I think) He has a huge amount of experience and drive and would very quickly sort out any players not giving 100%. I don't know how much anybody can improve the skills of the existing players, but I would be happier if every team player gave everything on match day. As an ex boxer, I understand the problem of leaving your best efforts in the training area and I think that this is part of our problem under RD. big Joe could offer advice in a lot of the areas that RD struggles.

Massive backward move, Joe Jordan had his chance at Celtic Park, and couldn't get away quick enough.
