I would go for Matteo Tognozzi as DoF and appoint his country man Roberto De Zerbi as manager.

This would revolutinise our club and give us one of the best young managers around who has a great attacking philosophy.

Interesting shout LAW, I don't know much about yer man but I'm not sure our board will be that adventurous but hopefully I'm wrong.

Matteo Tognozzi is one of the people rumoured to be in the running for DoF.

Roberto De Zerbi is manager of Sassuolo in Seria A. I am sure if we went in with a good financial package and good transfer budget we could possibly get him.

Tognozzi looks an interesting candidate but with brexit our options on bringing in foreigners will be severely limited because work permits will be required so my heads all over the place as in what path we should go down, but whatever that path is he must do better in recruitment, over last few years which in my opinion is very Lawell led has been a bit and miss so if you give new head coach / manager the tools he should be capable of putting a good side on the pitch and tognozzi may have one hand tied behind his back as a lot of European will not get a work permit. Maybe the Man City connection could be good with a good coach to develop hungry younger players.
