We need to start the rebuild as ASAP! Clear out from to to bottom, it won't be easy but needs must. Sooner the better as it will take couple seasons to get back on track IMP. the current board, staff and players will never be forgiving for this season. Letting Them win this league we should have trampled all over them and rest of Scottish football. The reason why they won't sack lennonjust now is no one in right mind would take job until this circus of a season is done simple!

Consistently over the past the board have only invested enough to keep ahead of them
There is little desire to improve beyond that, unfortunately that is supported by some of the fan base.
The five or so years without competition from them should have set up dominance for decades, but, rather than improve beyond the point of catching, have let standards slip and now are playing a chasing game.
Basically, happy to be a big fish in a small pond, maximising their profit, this is because it is being run as a business rather than a club by people who are looking at the bottom line or bonus figure rather than league position. Difficult to countenance, but sure they would be happy to finis 2nd if They were 3rd.

Dustybin11 absolute nonsense to suggest anyone would refuse the Celtic job. When Lennon does leave, there will be a list of applicants as long as London Road.

It's been totally mismanagement. As Ed has said before we were just happy to stay in front of TRIFC. Our Football style under NL has been woeful. Managers who applied for the position before NL was announced won't be applying under Law£ll as he's the unofficial Director of Football who never even bothered to look at the file of candidates. His words. The PR Hearts supporter is an embarrassment to the club and whoever's in charge of overseeing PR needs sacked asap. Trifc were always in our shadow under BR but nowadays it's like Frank Gallaghers took over. Embarrassing on and off the pitch. I can't see money spent before the window closes so expect 2 loans. We need to get a new manager now who can work with the players for a few months then assess the squad of who's left. Whoever comes in I hope works under a Director of Football that keeps Law£ll out of the Football side of things. My patience is running out under this Board and to make things worse I had 8 teams on yesterday and Celtic let me down! 🤬🤬.

If they'd sacked him at any point before January a new manager could have made a difference. Now we need to think about 2nd place and the Scottish Cup. Sack Lennon and st the very least give Kennedy / short term appointment a chance at that. They couldn't do any worse.
