We have been the best team in Scotland for 9 years so this year we have had a slip up but next season we will start again new manager new team let’s look forward to this.

Why. we've went backwards over that 9 year and allowed a team on the bones of its arse and very average to catch and overtake us . a league win and more European after xmas only strengthens them financially . do you trust this board to do what it takes to arrest this then develop it .

The sad thing is that it was a slip up which could so easily have been avoided.
We have by far the best squad in the league and have the finances to improve on the areas which have been needing addressed for a while now. Unfortunately the money invested wasn't invested wisely enough and we didn't get the best out the squad at the managers disposal.
That mob better get plenty of photo's with the cup in their bare trophy cabinet as it will be coming back home to roost next season. I'm confident of that!

DRB I agree they should be nowhere near us which is the biggest disappointment. Especially when as you say they are bang average which was evident yesterday. But for a rub of the green the result would have been the reverse. Did the board get complacent? Possibly but they spent money albeit funded by sales. Was it spent wisely? Absolutely not. Recruitment has been atrocious since Park left and big questions should be asked of Hammond. Did they take the cheap and easy option with the managers appointment? Possibly. Do we need a new manager? Absolutely, for me let Neil see what he can salvage from the remainder of the season but have new man in charge for next. Do we need a clear out of players? Absolutely. Do we need new players in? Absolutely. But not Hammond recommendations or with PL interference.

But I still agree with Big Bruce. We will rebuild back better and move forward with new team and new manager. Normal service will be resumed. But you’re right. The board top to bottom from DD and PL down need to look at themselves in the mirror and acknowledge this should not have happened. They need to address why it did ito ensure that our dominance can be restored commensurate with the relative financial standing and stability of both clubs.

I have to say I disagree that we have by far the better squad when their keeper and at least 3 of their back 4 would get into our team.
People need to start being realistic they have a squad now that’s not much worse than ours and it’s likely that our best player will be gone for next season.
I just think it’s time for a change, let’s sell Edouard in January if we can get a good fee and give that cash to a new manager in this window to sign 2-3 top players to start building for the future.
There’s always good players available in Jan despite what people say. Wouldn’t be a bad idea to get a couple of pre contracts signed and then pay a nominal fee to bribing in now.
Let the coach get half a season with no European football and less pressure to assess and build for next season.

DRB I wouldn’t trust Lawwell as far as I could throw the lard ar$e down his heated driveway,
JFP why leave Lennon in charge a minute longer, there’s an old saying in recruitment ‘better to have a hole than an ar$ehole’ get rid tonight.

We spend big money on goalkeeper and forward and pay big money on wages for loan players and lose the 1 thing we wanted most 10iar so put big money on a big manager who can get us back to where we belong and give us our pride back.
