He’s another small striker at 5 foot 8.5 in.

Brendan definitely has his hands full with all these projects Celtic are signing.
The 21 year old has a decent scoring record for his age and he will continue to get better.
He just signed a 4 year extension in May but money talks.

Scandinavian players usually have a good work rate, for Brendan to work his magic with.

Probably going to be an unpopular post, but so far I’ve been underwhelmed by this window. We’ve signed plenty of “ potential “ but have they really enhanced the starting 11? With less than 2 weeks of the window left, by this point I really hoped we’d have added proper quality to the starting 11. Personally I feel we need another GK to seriously compete with hart, a solid no nonsense DM with experience especially for the European games, and a LW to replace jota…… anymore incomings now surely have to be ready first team additions.

I largely agree with your point Garry and would say that the timing of Ange leaving and BR coming back has had something to do with that.

Theres still a couple of weeks to go in the window but as things stand, I'm confident we'll retain the league but will do well to see any European football at CP after Christmas.

I agree Gary am the same way just about every signing we have made looks like a project on paper I really hope 1 or 2 of them can make the grade . I like the look of the boy Holm and Rocky but the rest look really raw and nowhere near first 11 players.

Am I wrong in thinking that when Brendan came in he said we wanted to get more height and power into the team for the European games ? Obviously the two centre backs are big as are most centre backs,
But I thought he wanted more powerful players in .

Let's be honest though, most of the players signed by ange where "projects". Abada, jota, o'reily, bernibei, iwata, and many others. All where projects or where unheard of. Even kyogo and hatate no one here knew anything about them. Ccv, starfelt, and Hart are the only players off the top of my head that don't fall into that category. This is the markets we operate in, finding gems no one knows about, and pretending otherwise is delusional.

That may be true Cory, but my point is off the back of a treble winning season, the players you mention all settled, we’ve so far signed what 6/ 7/ 8 players? Granted we’ve lost jota and starfelt but jota left when 4/ 5 weeks ago? Not replaced. To last season would it not be better to add a bit more quality rather than quantity? Did last seasons squad really need 5/ 6/ 7 players signed with potential? For me and I’ll say it again, the window so far for me has been underwhelming and I hope with less than 2 weeks of the window to go there’s 2/ 3 bits of proper quality added, let’s be honest the money is surely there.
