Another one with no patience or just following bad advice in my opinion.

Could have signed a new deal and gone on loan like Summers and Lawal and look at being a first team player next season if say Abada moves on.

I get the whole "short career" and money side of things and that just shows he doesn't want to do it at Celtic.

So good luck wee Vata. Doak is doing well but can't say the same for wee karamoko.

I think there will be a lot more to the situation than just cash for Vata. He’s a young talented player who was on the periphery of the 1st team last year. We then sold one winger and brought in another 2. There is also a high possibility of another winger arriving before the window closes.

That would be 7 wingers he would be competing with for a starting slot with only 2 positions available.

A new contract and a year on loan would be good for his career in my opinion. Ambition and the impatience of youth can lead to reckless decision making something I can attest to my self. Lol.

I wish the boy well wherever his path takes him.

Is it not his Dad that’s his agent/ advisor and if so he will no doubt have his own boys interest in mind, am with sos good luck to the boy.

{Ed007's Note - Vata recently signed on to leading football agency CAA Base probably on the advice of his dad so that they can negotiate any transfer to make sure that Rocco gets what his dad thinks he should get.
I flagged it up months ago that I didn't expect Vata to be at Celtic after this summer window, a mixture of bad advice and a bad attitude has forced this situation.}

Vata just isn’t good enough if we want to progress. The same p ish after any Academy player gets game time. People lose their feckin minds and see what they want to see, because he came through the academy. Every time he has been given game time he never looked good enough to me. With Yang, Tilio now here he isn’t anywhere near any of them. Best for all concerned, if he goes he will be like every other one of the endless line of players we produce and never be heard of again or get to a top team. Again, if anybody disagrees. Feel free to put up any who have left us and established themselves in a good team. Good luck with that.
