What a signing that would be. He played under BR for half a season and by all accounts he started of really well. Then went downhill. I see he's valued at 20million euros but he will cost less hopefully. Next up a Goalkeeper a solid CH and a Midfielder for a stronger spine to the team. Chuck in another striker/ target man a RB LB then happy days!

Is it not being reported that he can cancel hos contract due to the fact shaktar are a Ukrainian team. Might be wrong what do you know if anything Mark mate. I know it's your favourite time of year so have refrained from asking you anything mate.

If we get Tete that would be a massive signing, the lad is worth £25m on transfermarkt, the wages would price us out surely unless he gets a hefty signing bonus to balance it out.

{Ed007's Note - The rumours are that Tete is only on circa €20k a week at Shakhtar so a wage rise shouldn't be a problem to Celtic, especially with no transfer fee.

Transfermarket valued Kent at 14 mil last season so don't buy into their valuations. He is an exciting looking player but he is only worth what a club pay and if he were worth 25 mil, we wouldn't be in the fight to get him. If his contract is torn up then we can offer him a wage increase and we might have a chance but if he becomes a free agent, I think a lot of clubs will be in for him with no fee to pay.
