great result at a place we could have dropped points on first game. the difference rodgers has shown compared to deila is night and day tactically. hopefully get a gk to give our nerves a rest.

I felt that when it was 1-1 it was the type of match we would have lost last season.
The last minute winner against Astana on Wednesday and the late goal today suggests that we seem better both tactically and mentally, hopefully we can maintain this.
I agree about Gordon, he is looking like a real weak link in the team. I would like to get a goalkeeper in who can command his box and take the pressure off the defence, (and us fans) .

great site ed first stop when stuck out on rigs for news keep up good work. Am i the only one who thinks it might be better to have a run in europa league this season and build our team under rodgers than get into cl and get trousered by most teams.

i ask the same question every yr also alan, a bit like Ed on this one, as a team i'd say were europa level and would rather be in a competative group than being pumped . if we get into champs league this yr if we don't get in that bit of quality i could see us getting damaged tbh, welcome to the site pal.

birminghamboy if you had been through as many bad seasons as I've witnessed you would be happy so far some of the years when i was younger jim out of the royal family would be a step up and i know the film all i'm saying is give the guy a chance he not a puppet like deila.

jimtim that's the brown we know cg has been my biggest fear for 2 years more than ambrose. a gk and decent left winger i think we be no a bad team.

beav81 totally agree about ambrose but give our defence time we do actually have some quality there when all fit as for brown not the player he used to be but he does have one thing which is his leadership espescially when the young lads heads go down which was a regular thing under deila.
