Head out the sand lads. We need more physical strength and height in the team, someone who can take a set piece, a commanding centre half, a new central midfield captain and enforcer that will overshadow Barton and another forward. Griffiths is a very good SPL player but not good enough in Europe or against a hungry Orc team.

Few additions needed granted.
I'll wager LG will score more goals against the "hungry" orcs by himself than their front line will do between them against us and Aberdeen included (if the sheep don't bottle it ;)
As for Barton. if there is anything left of his shins by the end of the season I'll be surprised. He has made himself a target in this league with his comments. Watch for him hanging about the box if they are needing a decision and a goal.

Let's not do him a disservice, loudmouth scumbag he may be, but he's a useful player. I'm not worried but he will boss every other midfield this year. He's a good signing for them.
And has the necessary character.

I doubt our transfer strategy will be based on that Muppet signing for them. Do we need a new midfielder? Most likely. Is it because they signed Barton? No. People should stop buying into the msm spin, Rangers are of no threat to us this season. Oh and I doubt Barton will be 'bossing' every other midfield, especially not big Mo Donnati at Hamilton.

barton if he is on his game and stays out of trouble will be a stellar signing for them, don't know about no threat mikey, they have brought in some good players.

No they haven't mate, Barton on his game, decent player still a d* ck, Croatian hasn't played more than 4 games in last 2 seasons , 2 young boys totally unproven at any level , could be anything including s**e.

He was in the championship team of the year at 33 years old. By the way the English championship s**ts all over the spfl, he's a quality player n had it not been for his behaviour he'd of been even better. I don't like him, but I can admit he's good n is a good signing. Rangers will be a threat, have people forgot about the Scottish cup? It's complacency that will help them become even more of a threat. Heads out of the sand indeed.
