Sitting in Dubai airport waiting on my flight to Amsterdam just praying that after all this travelling we can get a positive result. I think a win tomorrow and we will progress to the last 16 but its going to be very tough to achieve. Think we will need to keep a clean sheet to get the win as I'm not very confident that this team could score 2 away. We really seem to be struggling for goals. Fingers and toes well and truly crossed. Mon the hoops!

1.) Not hopeful at all but I can't wait either. Celtic, in Amsterdam! Getting a half one flight tomorrow so i'll check in at the De Rokerij ;) then head to the game. Try to stay out of the city centre in your hoops anybody that is going.

Really wish fans would stop going on about Finbogasson. We didn't sign him and none of us know if he was ever interested. Celtic may have got a flat no from him or his agent or quoted ridiculous wages. Nobody knows so get over it and get behind what's there. Reading from so called fans that we replaced our striker with a cheap alternative, did Pukki not cost about the same as Hooper cost us. The jury is still out on the players we've signed (of course it is this early in the season) but talk of sacking the manager and the players are all garbage is nonsense.

Last night was a shocking result but these things happen in cup football. There was so much moaning on here after we got nothing in Milan, but why should we have a right to get points in San Siro but Morton not have the right to turn us over at Parkhead. They got one chance and took it and we aren't taking our chances at the moment. that's football. Whatever happened to being supporters, all I hear from my fellow tims at the moment is moaning and its starting to do my tits in.

Hi Ed first timer here. Just a wee thought on the issue of Season Ticket Holders being able to buy extra CL packages. Would it not be a good idea that anyone purchasing a ticket for any Celtic game should have to register with the club. This would allow the club to monitor all purchases and then the non STH that have attended so called lesser games could be given preferential treatment from those that never attend. what's everyones thoughts?

Just a wee note i'm currently working in Afghanistan and have the overseas season book, and will only be back for Milan game at home but had to purchase the 3 match package. Thought it was a bit strange but means my wee mate is getting a treat for the other 2 games. {Ed007's Note - Welcome to the site Jeffers. The whole ticket allocation at CFC is seriously flawed IMO. It has been the same for years.}

The boy made his first team debut in Sweden several years ahead of his dad so I don't think its all to do with the name. There is a definite confidence in his ability coming from Sweden, however, I feel the young swede atajic deserves his chance first. Swedish football supporters speak unbelievably highly about him and I hope we get a chance to see his ability.

Many have mentioned that them on the other side of the city haven't took the opportunity to play the youngsters but I also feel that could be said about our club

I don't understand how changing our right back is to blame for a goal which came down our left. It was good play by Barca for the goal, that's what undone us. There doesn't always need to be blame. I also don't get this fascination with double substitutions. I thought the changes really brought us into the game as we hadn't really offered anything going forward until then. Lennon has made double substitutions on many occassions and because we've lost 2 games where he has done this its suddenly the subs and Lenny's fault

Hi all, I tend to agree with ED007 that it comes across as having the mind of a small club grateful for the plaudits. I feel it's a little different when players or managers applaud us after they have failed to get a result against us however. As the ed and others have said previously though I want teams to fear coming to paradise.

Where I think my opinions differ a little from a lot of fans though is that I really liked the fans applauding Iniesta during Barca game. It was totally off the cuff and came at a difficult period in the game and I just felt a lot of pride in my fellow fans that although they were clearly upset they could take 10 seconds out to applaud a genius of the game, and completely unscripted.

Spot on Timalloy, we are constantly being told that teams are struggling or missing players but everyone lifts their game when it comes to the champions league. Let's just take it as it comes and hope we can do it. Leave Michael Higdon and others to their own thoughts.

Is the point of substitutions not to change a game, point 2 above is basically saying that if the manager feels the need to change it, then don't. How else do you change a game if its getting away from you then?

The Balde sub was clearly just to waste time and he didn't want to disrupt his backline with only minutes to go. You really need to stop obsessing over Lennons substitutions. Win lose or draw that's all you seem to look at.

Really don't see how you can blame Izzy on this occassion. All night they had 2 men coming down the left and Izzy wasn't getting support from the midfield. In the first half Pedro was his man but everytime he covered him Alves was spare. Brown was foolish but nobody will know that better than him. I think Lennon behind closed doors may have a bit of a different opinion than the one he gave the press.

I think we believe the press and the bluenoses a wee bit too much when they talk about our opposition. Milan were missing several players but the players that did play were all international players bought for small fortunes and every player on their bench would probably have got in our starting line up. Then Barca are missing Messi but look at who played, young boys all over the world have these names on their shirts. Really don't get how you can say underperforming when they've also had their best start ever to a season. Maybe we should look a little more at what our players do to pressure these teams be that in an attacking sense like the Milan game or keeping compact like last night. I always believed that the next 3 games would be where any points we gained were most likely to come and I think Barca will take 6 points off AC. 7 points from our next 3 games is definitely not impossible with a bit of luck maybe even 9. Keep the faith
