Aleksandar Pantic didn't play for Eibar tonight, he was left on the bench. It was only a cup game though so it might mean very little.

I wonder if we lose on Sunday Will Kev say it was only a cup game and so it didn't matter.

Don't be stupid Old Bhoy (probably difficult for you) . I'd imagine Ronny may rest one or two players for the game on Sunday because that's generally the time managers give fringe players some playing time, but what makes you think I'd say it doesn't matter? Apart from being an obnoxious, intolerable troll of course.

Hi Ed - You heard anythingng about us trying to signing Ziggy Gordon from Hamilton. apparently 150k with him being loaned straight back until the summer.
I hope it true and maybe we could push Janko further forward when he's fit again.

{Ed007's Note - I know we've got some interest in Gordon but I don't know of any bids from us. I'd rate our interest as no more than he's a name on a list.}

We're we not linked with a left back from Hamilton last year who went to west ham? Hendrie I think?

Ronny, JC and Roy Keane pictured at the Everton vs City match last night.
Read into that what you want.

Where they sitting together? I would have though Keane was watching the Republic players, or just taking in the game! Gibson, McCarthey and Coleman are there along with McGeady, he might have even been having a chat/ getting an update! Bottom line, we won't be signing Lukaku!

I'd say we had an eye on perhaps McGeady or hoping to watch a fringe player from City perhaps? And Keane just watching the Eire players. Will guests of such a nature not just get plonked on the same rows anyway?

I read Keanes autobiography recently and in the last chapter he talks about the Celtic job offer.
I get the feeling Ronny was always meant to be his assistant and that if the job offer came now after doing some learning under O'Neill he would step up to the team.
I realise there will be a lot of Roy Keane haters but he seems a different character now after his time with Ireland.
