Duff and Phelps at court of sessions next week to re apply to be appointed as administrators in their own right as C.Whytes takeover has been found to be illegal and therefore he couldnt legally put them in administration WAFU

That is not the case, pardon the pun. Also expect D&P to be challenged over their own performance over role as Administrators.

RANGERS’ admin-istrators were going to the Court of Session today to try to invalidate a deal over season tickets bought for £24million to help finance Craig Whyte’s takeover. (ooh yes it is case) and Blue s**tes will take over football side of rankers with AEG taking over stadium side substantially increasing their income

Hi All,
Petition online to try and get a motion heard in parliament to encourage Rangers to pay their taxes. Don't let them get away with it and add your name to support the petition.

I pay too much tax as it is for absolutley no rights, why should an institution plead poverty, get special preference, and pay very little. I have signed up. Great idea.

Signed HH. Let's get every Hoops fan, every hard working tax payer to sign this petition. They have got the audacity to try and worm there way out of this, trying to get politicians involved, do deals ( probably more dodgy ones), blame EVERYONE but THEMSELVES!!. Time everyone in the SFA., SPL, SFL AND UEFA took action as well as HMRC hammering this poor excuse for a football club. HH Paul

You lot really are sad hatred filled losers! dop you actually realise that what the owners of our club have done is nothing to do with the instituition or the supporters? we are normal football fans, not controlling anyhthing to do with the club! also, technically, Rangers have not cheated anyone, they used EBT's, yes but there was no 2nd contract, only a letter of intent to pay as a loan which is the very foundation of Rangers defence. What happened to innocent until proven guilty? you's have won the league, possibly treble, we are in administration, on life support and you still want to kick us when we are down. you should be disgraced that you are just winning the league now, we have been on the way out for the past 4 years!

i'm getting confused ed, who exactly is going to own and run them, the far east , u.s.a. the blue knights and there are about 6 of them , a consortium of fans ?sounds like they are going to be owned and run by a committee and that never works , god set up a committee to design a horse , and aye thats how we got a camel and they couldn't even settle on one design for that . gonna be messy , billybhoy {Ed007's Note - It is confusing everyone mate.}

Unless Whyte agrees to sell, no one else will be owning Rangers apart from Whyte.

They can all shout and ball but they including Dodgy Dave have been done up like the proverbial Kipper...even Del Bhoy Trotter couldn't have done better than Whyte. Is he by any chance related to our own long departed Desmond Whyte, ex chairman of our club ? I think we should be told lol

Just a quick question, does most of the Celtic fans want Rangers out of the league? ok Celtic would win the treble every year, but the league would end up like the Irish league with only one club with any money to spend, even if Rangers come back it'll take years for them to build a good team again.
Agree0

Absolutely want them out....do you honestly think Lawell etc are not already negotiating with Sky / EPL and others about a move. Think about it, this is the perfect opportunity for us to quit SPL hell.

Some quotes from Paul Murray in todays ET, which should be very worrying to all Rangers supporters:
“Ticketus will, in effect, underwrite stage one of our plan, which will be to back the cash purchase of the club and provide initial working capital. It can show quickly the money is in place."
“The Blue Knights will be a body standing behind them. The individuals will give personal pledges to Ticketus against the money used in stage one."
“Stage two would then be a share issue open to all. Again, the Blue Knights would be investing into that, as well as the cash pledges being put up to complete the purchase."
“Stage three would be to renegotiate the terms of the Ticketus arrangement to something the club can afford to pay. Craig Whyte did it short term and we would arrange something far more attractive to the club."
So this basically means that Ticketus are putting up further money, other than the £24.4m season ticket money, as a loan to buy the club. The Blue Knights are going to give personal pledges to Ticketus for the money borrowed. Doesn't look like the Blue Knights are going to be putting much or indeed any of their own money in.
Doesn't this remind you of what Craig Whyte did. Take money from Ticketus to pay off existing debt.
Then there would be a share issue "open to all", but the Blue Knights would also invest in that. Mmph ..... I thought the share issue was so the fans could get ownership of the club, and not to allow the Blue Knights to take a further shareholding.
And the statement confirms that Ticketus still want their investment in Rangers back. But it is not £24.4m they are due back it is £40m. Craig Whyte forward sold 100,000 season books for £24.4m averaging out at £240 per season book. The average season book at Rangers costs £400. So 100,000 season books at £400 each totals £40m.
So the Blue Knights (or anyone else taking the club out of administration) will have to pay £40m to Ticketus (probably over a laonger period than 3 years) and the Blue Knights will have to pay off the loan they are taking from Ticketus to buy the club and pay of debt.
Not going to leave much money to build a team.
My goodness, this all sounds just too much like another Craig Whyte.
And this is before we have any idea as to whether Craig Whyte will even sell his 85% shareholding, not to mention any buyer's control of assets being relegated by Craig Whyte's floating charge.
Interesting also that Ticketus are seeking personal pledges from the Blue Knights for the fresh money they are putting in. You'd have thought that Ticketus would have taken a first floating charge over Rangers assets. I guess Duff and Phelps claim that Whyte's floating charge is invalid does not hold much water with Ticketus.

Forgot to say in my original post, this doesn't even take into account the Big Tax Case.

Craig Whyte will sell his shares but a price that he sets and it wont be for £1. If no one agrees to his price he will let the club go under take control of Ibroke and Murray park and sell them to the newco and make his money that way. either way it is win win for Whyte.

Ticketus is basically a venture capitalist vehicle so the important question is how put their money into this version of ticketus in the first place. They will own rangers

Blue knights will buy Rangers then sell too American Entertainment group but keep a significant share in Rangers they will run team and AEG will run stadium much the same as Hamburg do Ticketus will receive share of concert and football gates and income will increase why do you think they spent 3 million on PA SYSTEM and kiosks and nothing on their team
