Hi Ed, any truth in a strong rumour that Celtic are monitoring the young Aberdeen fullback Clark Robertson. Watched him a few times, very composed on the ball, strong lad who has been getting a regular berth.

Green Quill {Ed007's Note - Yes GQ, he is one of a few young LBs that has been monitored this season. I think it is safe to say that NL is looking to strengthen in that area.}

1.) Don't want to sound like a broken record but Douglas at utd shld be signed. Stevo dundee

2.) As an aberdeen season ticket holder watching robertson week in week out has been utter torture i'd be more than happy for you to take him off our hands I would even drive him down to glasgow with petrol fee's at my expense

As we all know Dave King is a "glib and shameless liar". Therefore, I would not pay much attention to what he says.

If you think about it logically it is blatant he is talking pish. For example since the old board was ousted and King's mob took over, they have had to take a 1.5M loan each month just to pay the bills. This means they have 6M + 5M of debt already.

King has stated that he will bank roll Rangers but there is no evidence that this will happen because he has yet to put a penny in to the club and keeps changing his mind how much he will invest.

As things stand Rangers need to find about 15M a year of investment just to keep the lights on and this does not include signing players or fixing their dilapidated stadium. If Rangers' fans want to believe his lies then let them. All I know is Celtic have nothing to fear from them unless they can find a rich benefactor who is willing to pile in tens of millions a season and does not care about getting it back.

Hi All, Hope you all enjoyed the final as much as me and the Mrs did. It was her first cup final, and she thoroughly enjoyed it. She loved our neighbours banter at the game as well, cheers Pat and Theresa. On to the game, Hooper and Stokes were rightly in the headlines of the papers, but for me the standout was Ledley, once again he strolled the game and followed up his display with a cracker of a goal. One of the most underated players at Celtic Park, but deserves huge credit for the way he goes about his job. A player in the mould of a certain Bobby Murdoch. Noticed he has been given the right to play 5-10 yards further forward since he first arrived, and it is a masterstroke from Lennon. I for one would like to see Joe on a long term contract, I am sure that now he has got a flavour of the trophys and Champions Leauge football, it would surely take a big club to tempt him away. And while I am on it, a special mention to our captain, hugely inspirational, and a majestic performance, this young team can only get better.

Hail Hail

Well, well, well, did we not try and tell the uneducated that this was going to happen? Yet still, without knowing the reasons for his "departure" they are still classing this guy as a saviour. let's wait and see what unfolds in the days to come, it is fairly obvious that he has cut and run, but will msm dig for the truth? This story has plenty mileage yet, and thank goodness for social media. No coincidence that Agent White has registered his claim to the assets of The The Rangers? I feel a wee poem coming on!! Apologies for not posting recently but have been working abroad where the Internet connection was worse than dial up. Green Quill.
