Re not just mcdonald
it`s the refs that are embarassing by going in the huff and trying to blackmail clubs by strike action if they don`t accept the status quo. mcdonald disrespected lennon and celtic by lying to him, the decision does not come into it.
if you lie in some jobs you get the sack or even a prison sentance, it depends on what kind of job that you do. rangers are not running away with the league so less of the pointless drivel.

The refs have demanded that all 42 clubs put in writing that they do not doubt the integrity of officals even after one has been caught telling lies. i hope celtic stay strong and don`t back down from them, after all what have they got to hide apart from telling lies. by giving more transparency and accountabillty they can give their side of the(tall) story.

Re: If a player dives then says he feels contact at the post match interview. Then he is lying, if he says to the official that he felt contact he is lying, if he then uses that to win a penalty and game surely this is a form of cheating and bringing the game into disrepute? How is this any different.

Just to clarfiy to the 'tic fans, you do know what mcdonald lied about don't u? all he lied about was which one of them decided it wasnt a penalty to make his report look better not to change the course of the game in any way shape or form (which it didnt). Who cares who decided if it wasnt a pen ultimately the right decision was made which is what we actually want.

The ONLY people that agree with celtic are Celtic people every neutral just thinks they are embarassing themselves now. We could handle the fans goin on about a "conspiracy" but the board believe it to. Remember at their AGM they asked for an overhaul of the WHOLE SFA not just Mcdonald.
