Just in case so that no one is caught out by it tomorrow night that game is a 7 : 15 kick off btw ;-)

Reading all the posts below has me worried about the complacency of some Celtic fans.
Winning the league is not a "given" as some think on here, Delia has lost as many games as has won, his tactics are poor and if Aberdeen or Dundee United go on a winning run while Delia "is still sorting the team out" we may not be able to catch up.
Winning the SPFL must be his biggest priority and then if we win in the cups or the much prized treble briliant, but Delia's Celtic must start winning games REGULARLY.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Am with you Tim 100% on that!

this synopsis "the rest are keek and no consistent enough" beggars belief IMO

Standards have been set of not losing games (or goals btw) and should be aimed for to be beaten again IMO

Agree0 Disagree0

Sorry Tim but if we win game in hand at home to Partick we would be 2 points behind having had a poor start, no one is getting away from us and I'm 100% sure that we will win the league but I do have doubts wether ronny will be there to see it.

Agree0 Disagree0

Jim We can't be sure we have had a poor start . By January time we could be looking back and thinking August and September were not that bad, comparing with what we could suffer in Oct. Nov ., and Dec.

Agree0 Disagree0

Folks

I don't think there is a "complacency" as such

but to put Celtic's horrendous form in to perspective, we have currently played 6 matches in the SPFL

wins 3
draws 2
losses 1

on that miserable trajectory over 38 games we would be sitting on

wins 18 to 19 wins
draws 12 to 13 draws
losses 6

giving a total points tally of between 66 points and 69 points

the "rest" have tightened if anything else, IE no real out in front contender; the best of the rest (excluding rangers) have in the past 4 years "at best" amassed

motherwell 70 points
motherwell 63 points
motherwell 62 points
hearts 63 points

I know it is all ifs, buts and maybes but it won't a huge uplift in form and trajectory for Celtic to win this league

a sense of perspective perhaps; no room for complacency but it is, without a doubt a "forgiving" league with plenty of wriggle room

I will probably get slaughtered for this, but there is an overwhelming case to be made for an out of form CFC finding their feet (and their form) and wining the league by a double digit margin

tin helmet on

Agree0 Disagree0

Paradise no need for the tin helmet mate but that has got more IF's than a Rudyard Kipling Poem!

What we are witnessing circa 15 games is PANTS!

We cannot win this league through "default" mate we have to beat what is in front of us and beat them CONVINCINGLY

ATVB JB7

Agree0 Disagree0

Jim, glad to see your happy with hopefully beating Partick and being only 2 points behind!! Soinds great to me mate

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Sep 2014 08:36:00
Paradise saw the stats you put up but here is another for you. Celtic have only won 1 game out of the last 7 played. That is the worst run of games for nearly 20 years. That says it all. I see Briown is out asking fans to give him some time? If he does not win tonight how much more do we give him? For me his time is up. Brown says that RD needs to try players out under match conditions. Why do the fans know who can play and who can't play yet RD is still working out his best team. Brown also says that Celtic are sticking with RD 4-2-3-1 formation. We all know it's not working. If he continues to play this style we will struggle to win the league. Celtic fans are not stupid or at least the majority are not stupid. I am starting to wonder at the fans calling for RD to be given a season to implement his plan? Surly unless there is a dramatic improvement he can't last past Christmas can he?

Agree0 Disagree0

Gary at what point did I say I was happy, I said it was a poor start and doubt ronny will be there when we win the league. Get real no one is going to run away from us if ronny continues in the current form till Christmas he will likely be sacked and we might be 5 points behind I would still expect us to win league by 10 points at that stage, remember this is one of the worst leagues in Europe we play in so I do think we can have a horrible start and make it up easily

Agree0 Disagree0

We're only SEVEN games into the season, yet Deila is only FOUR draws off equalling our draws n losses for last season's 38 games - D6, L1.

Agree0 Disagree0

Johnnymac

I think we will see a different CFC tonight; I think (judging by press comments) the players/staff know there is a consensus re disillusionment etc

I would expect a response this evening and then we kick on from there

How can Wednesday be a must win game!

Needs to be realised that Lawell will not sack RD at all, why? It means he has to admit that he made a mistake.

If and its a big IF, he manages to win a Treble then I will have some laugh at all those on the forum slagging him off. Most likely though he will emulate Lennon and win the league each year.

We will win this league, the players when we have a fully fit squad will be capable of producing better. So far this season, the defence has been chopped and changed so much that there is no consistency. The midfield has missed Brown, the rest are average, Commons has been rank rotten so far. McGregor started well but has faded and now doesn't pass as often as he should.

The attack, 2 new strikers will need settling in, the wingers were unfit and only now starting to get some game time.

Come December, if we are still playing poorly, getting draws against teams we should be beating then by all means have a go but each manager needs time.

Am I fan of Deila, so far not really but I can be patient if need be. I am no longer wasting my money to watch Celtic so am not overly concerned with what I am seeing at present.

If he gets sacked in December, let's be realistic, seeing all these names like Rijkaard etc will never happen. It will be another cheap option, possibly Jackie Mac or even Paul Hartley or if conspiracies theorists will have you believe Henrik Larsson

Guys that are happy working on a shoe string budget.

Until such times as we have a rival that will spend money, we will continue to downsize and cut costs season after season.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Are you having a laugh! They were wrong with Mowbray! Same philosophy .just seen the highlights! Van vossen wouldn't have missed suttons sitter! Denayer? Denied ball watching! How can you justify rd? Same team apart from ff and sammy! Clean sheet record! Best defence last season! Yes build your own team!! If its going wrong? Which it is!! Admit you were wrong . Put the same team as last season . Same formation . Get the points first and foremost . Then impliment your style! If sir Alex was wrong about moyes then pl is more than Capone of being wrong about rd! Was supposed to be lennons tactic man / fitness guru!defo not the main man

Agree0 Disagree0

To back my argument Carlos quieroz (spelling ) Manchester United second man! Tactics formation! No argument! Main man? No! Rene mullenstien! Tactics formation? Yes! Main man? No! Only thing bigger than Collins ego is his head ( massive ) looks odd on that body lol! Shouldn't be anywhere near cp! Noway rd even new who he was!!

Agree0 Disagree0

Hello Kev T, If he doesn't win tomorrow night where does he go? how can he "wriggle" himself out of it?

I hear you about PL not sacking him a said much the same thing! But if he does get beat then I expect PL to be somewhere in the background looking for a PLAN B

He could not allow to Let RD go without having a plan B he will have learned this via Tony Mowbray's sacking ie another pending appointment IMO

Not ONE of us on here wants us to get beat or wants him to get sacked but FFS this dire / drivel we are watching /encountering of "deflected goals and at the weekend a soft pen, less than 5 shots on target it has to stop! NOW btw or tomorrow even and move forward JIG time

ATVB JB7

Agree0 Disagree0

You didn't really answer the question as to why is it a must win game.

It must just be me then but are we not used to getting beat by small teams in the cup, happens year after year

Just saying

Agree0 Disagree0

Matter of fact Delbhoy did you even read any of what I posted?

Agree0 Disagree0

I don't think its a must win game ( and I do think we'll win it) but like most people I was quite shocked with Sundays team selection. There was an avenue for a slight change as Stefan Johansen was injured but the rotation of the goalkeeper is one I can just not get my head round. Also as far as I'm concerned Stokes has had his chance this season and should be warming the bench. If RD plays the correct team we will win comfortably but if not it will be tight as Hearts will bring a big crowd and will be right up for this game. Come on Ronny get the finger out!

Agree0 Disagree0

Jamie & Desh - God knows where he goes if we lost on Wednesday.

I would say that he has an idea for his strongest eleven but with injuries and lack of fitness in guys returning from injuries I don't think we will see the strongest team for a while yet.

I heard, not sure if its true that we had a lot of players with injuries maybe not full blown injuries but niggles that could get worse. Wakaso for example. With Gordon and Brown, I can understand why he left them out, need to be careful with these two.

Klopp at Borussia Dortmund took a good number of years to get success and was given time to implement what is a fantastic footballing product with players unheard off a are now superstars. Now before I get crucified, RD is no Klopp but he can become the Scottish version of him, emphasis on CAN.

Agree0 Disagree0

Kev if Celtic win the treble this season with Ronny as Manager, you can laugh at my criticism if you like. Think it might be on occasion I'll be happy to be laughed at :-)

I just don't feel confident at all about Ronny!

Agree0 Disagree0

@ Mrs E - at this moment in time, I can't see a Treble, more likely a league win and not by a great margin.

Time will tell though, its a tad too early to say if RD can be a success or not

Agree0 Disagree0

Hi again Kev, no one out to crucify you mate if you think he has an "idea of an 11" you can something I can't mate

Anyway on here could "buy into" dare I say "room for improvement" or a "positive signs/outlook" idea/synopsis

But to hear opposing Captains say "we now don't fear Celtic" is a fair analysis although none of us wants to hear it!

1) This 1 striker, 2) Five attempts on target average, 3) Riding our luck with defelcted goals or soft pens FFS

There no FIGHT never mind FLAIR! no DESIRE never mind DIRECTION a have never witnessed a CELTIC team in AWAY games STRUGGLE to get the BALL FORWARD! and that is what we are all witnessing

Mubarak scores a PEACH in Austria probably be included in Celtic's goal of the season already dare I say would be full of confidence you would think and what does RD do .drops him for the Motherwell game

We need to see something NOW FORTHCOMING mate

ATVB JB7

Agree0 Disagree0

Totally see your points Jamiebhoy and wouldn't disagree that improvements are needed instantly.

I hope for RD sake we get a positive performance and result against Hearts.

I have never been a fan of 1 up front and had various groans when Lennon did it last year with Stokes.

Agree0 Disagree0

Tomorrow's game is just in the League Cup. The LEAST important competition that we are playing in . Every other game is more of a must win game

Agree0 Disagree0

Maybe I'm missing something but RD took over a team which has won the league and qualified for CL. RD even got two bites if the cherry to qualify and failed AT PARKHEAD. Right now, unless he does something soon, we may be struggling to catch up. I'm concerned as we have played quite a few games and it appears to me that the team don't seem to understand what the manager wants yet.

Agree0 Disagree0

KevT you state that you are not really interested in celtic at the moment and are not wasting your money going to the games? That says it all!

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Sep 2014 10:29:24
KevT can't believe the comments in your posts. You wrote

I am no longer wasting my money to watch Celtic so am not overly concerned with what I am seeing at present.

So it's so poor you won't go and watch but you want to give RD more time? Unfortunately many on this site are unlike you are not "fair weather supporters". We support the team. Also if the poor play keeps you and 10,000 others away each week then that is a lot of finance to lose each week so managers like RD cost the business a fortune. You probably make a better case for getting rid of RD now than anything else. He is costing us money at the gate. Don't come back with Lennon put you off. He has gone! If you are not going it's because of as you say yourself I am not wading my money. Well said.

Agree0 Disagree0

Agree wi TinyTim here, losing to Maribor at home in the UCL was completely unacceptable. Take a glance at our UCL qualifying record, it stands as:

0-0 v St Pats
1-0 v Dinamo
0-1 v Ajax
3-1 v Basel
4-0 v Kaunas
4-0 v MTK
4-0 v Artmedia
1-1 v Spartak
0-1 v Dynamo Moscow
0-2 v Arsenal
2-1 v Braga
2-1 v HJK
2-0 v Helsingborgs
2-0 v Cliftonville
1-0 v Elfsborg
3-0 v Shakhter Karagandy

P16, W11, D2, L3 (1998-13)

In the Group Stage or Knockout rounds over the same period, we'd beaten:

Juventus, Porto, Rosenborg, Lyon, Anderlecht, Shakhtar, Man Utd, Kobenhavn, Benfica, Milan, Villarreal, Spartak, Barcelona n Ajax.

This season's home qualifiers were:

4-0 v KR
0-2 v Legia
0-1 v Maribor

You don't go from domestic Champions + UCL Group Stages to struggling for wins n clean sheets in the space of 3 months?!

Agree0 Disagree0

PS, two of they Qualifying round defeats were under a certain Mr Mowbray.

"Canny win at home, canny win away, Tony Mowbray!"

If things don't improve, n believe me I want them too - then Ronny Deila will be in the same bracket as Mowbray, Barnes n Dalglish.

Agree0 Disagree0

Oh Johhnymac - think I must have hit a nerve with you.

I won't waste anymore money on Celtic, simple reason apart from the poor product on show is I have 2 kids and another on the way, these 3 kiddies are more important than Celtic so the money will go to them instead.

If and its a big If, Celtic gets itself sorted and stops downsizing year after year then I will consider going back. Now don't dare say that only true fans go to Celtic park, because that's just a load of pish. Many fans have had there books for years on end and are sick and tired with the way the club is ran and the way its NOT going forward. Your unhappy with a manager and happy to pay to go and watch the game, then pop on this site and moan about it, simple solution - if your not happy don't go or watch.

To the people saying give him more time I ask the following

Are you aware of the roughly 14 games of meaning we have played this season roughly HALF of these games has resulted in us taking victory/point/points via a "deflected" goal?

That in the last circa 5 games we have hit the TARGET (NOT scoring!) On 5 OR LESS! occasions?

This ONE striker nonsense when was the last time (other than CL) when we played 1 striker? When have we ever domestically played 1 striker?

The poll went up who wants to see us play 1 striker? circa 90% said NO THANKS!

Now the man with the funny quotes says "we don't have a leader?" is that after 2 games of Brown being back? If he needs game time why does he not start him against Motherwell and take him off when he starts to wilt? That is what any "sensible" manager would do IMO

OR is it that in saying what he said does he not fancy Brown? Is that why he dropped him for the Motherwell game? the same way he dropped Commons in the Maribor game only to turn to BOTH of them in Desperation FFS

Go OUT, BULLDOZE the opposition, and then take them off when the game is won! This is how our league IS WON!

ATVB JB7

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Its difficult to know whether he isn't getting the correct advice, or is he to obstinate to take advice from the people who should know the Scottish game well.
If he isn't careful he won't fulfill the potential he obviously thinks he has with us .

Agree0 Disagree0

The players have still not reached full fitness or top form and we are almost in October - that is unheard of at Celtic.
The training methods, tactics and team selections are hampering us as we are clearly bereft of confidence, cohesion and any hint of consistency.

If we fail against Hearts - and I should not even be considering this against a lower division side - then his tea is well and truly oot.
The players will trust and respect him even less and the support will turn.

RD did talk a good game at the beginning, but he has looked very nervous and overwhelmed too many times and now his match analysis is just gibbering excuses.
I was worried when he was appointed and this was compounded when Collins was named as assistant and right now it seems justified.
I still hope he turns it around as we will look ridiculous changing manager so soon in the season in this league.
However, the more the season goes the more unconvinced I get?

Agree0 Disagree0

He has certainly talked the talk.
He hasn't walked the walk .
His talk has made it more difficult to do his job for example publicly talking about the players eating habits, may have made the players think he was treating them like naughty school boys

Agree0 Disagree0

Shhhhhh! Yourman (am with you on that 1) but will get me into trouble with Ed pointing out his teaching qualifications again lol

Think tomorrow night is a must win game for RD, or he could be sent packing.

Got to say, I was so-so about his appointment at first then heard him speak n was really excited. So far, he's proved his bark's bigger than his bite!

Reserved first half's (halves, not sure what grammar to use haha) wi a gung-ho second half style, no fluidity, no consistency. Tbh, he's done nothing to prove he's the man for the rebuild job excluding a decent 70 mins against Dundee Utd. He's seriously lacking experience n looks out his depth, even in situations like Dundee away n Motherwell at home?!

Everyone know my first choice was Oscar Garcia, he took the Watford job the day after the transfer window closed.

If Deila goes, I think the board NEED to appoint a safe n experienced coaching team, ie Frank Rijkaard as Manager w/ Marco van Basten + Ruud Gullit as his Asst n Coach or something along these lines. And don't say that's a pipe dream - two are without a club n the other is Asst at AZ!

Even bring in someone like Christian Streich or Robin Dutt who have great records with youth development in Germany - or what about even a Frank Arnesen figure as DOF / Sporting Director?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

LISTEN!
Get a grip, rd needs time, lenny was a joke as a manager / running onto park after ref(at hampden), losing to st Mirren, loing to Morton WOW we beat barca so feck, he never won a treble? no excuses, apart from van djik he bought rubbish last summer no wonder board didn't back him this summer

Agree0 Disagree0

HamiltonBhoy

I think the whole problem is that RD himself appears "muddled"

If we are going through a transition that involves players training methods, diets, temperaments, attitudes, formations and systems, and trying to eek out other qualities from players that otherwise thought they "were the finished article" then it was always going to be problematic

That does not mean that it won't be worth it in the end

The advantage to not having a ring fenced 1st eleven is that the squad players believe they too could be in the first team which makes training all the more competitive

If there is any hint of players breaking rank and leaking stuff to the press (or via Neil Lennon) then we know at that point the game is up as players refuse to tow the line and work their socks off for themselves and their management team….

The RD mantra is challenging for players who have never been curious about all aspects of the game…

If he was to go, I would be getting a detailed debrief from him with an unequivocal "list" of players that resisted change and I would make damn sure that they were "managed" out of CFC over time without having a fire sale; the new manager would be altered to this and duly advised also…because it comes back to a lack of professionalism….

And yes, we did win with these players before but it never meant we were the finished article either ….

I have no names (yet) to offer on my next CFC manager hit-list and I sit here hoping that RD finds a way to deliver results

Advice for RD would be that there are a great many routes to get what you want, with each route taking a different amount of time. Perhaps a little day-tour would be no bad thing as we get back to basics, IE best players on the park and a loose system with the utopian system worked on at the training ground and introduced for winnable games from time to time to let the system penetrate over a longer period of time as opposed to forcing it on a reluctant playing squad

Agree0 Disagree0

@happyharry67 So, do you think the level of performance n the results in Ronny's first 2 months have been reasonable, or even acceptabler? Knocked out the UCL not once but TWICE, beaten by Inverness, draws wi Dundee n Motherwell.

We're not just talking a few bad results here, the level or performance has been atrocious. When things aren't going to plan, his only tactical change is gung-ho n we don't have a solid enough defence to do that!

Don't get me wrong, Deila excited me when he opened his mouth about philosophies n changing players dietary routines, etc as I feel it's long overdue in Scotland. But we're yet to see this fast, free flowing football - the displays have been woeful, on par (even worse at times) than Lennon's style!

But we're no longer talking early days of the season. Tomorrow night will be RD's 15th game in charge - he still doesn't know his strongest XI, favoured formation or settled wi a set of tactics. He's done a lot of passing the buck as well.

Anything short of a win in 90 mins v 2nd tier Hearts should merit his P45, n Lawwell should follow him out the door for yet again cutting corners!

If he can't achieve a last four position in both domestic cups (which we enter in the 3rd n 4th rounds of) then he's not the man to take us forward during this rebuilding process.

His signings (regardless of being loans or not, they're professional footballers singled out to play for Celtic Football Club) have been questionable as well. Berget is an extremely poor man's Samaras at best; Tonev has been injury ridden, then when he has played he's been rank rotten both times I've see him - as well as turning out to be a racist; Gordon's shot stopping has been decent but his positioning n even choice to parry everything back in to play has my heart in mouth every time someone rifles one at him.

Denayer has been decent to good, Wakaso showed glimpses n plenty pace in Austria, Scepovic n Guidetti can't do any worse than Stokes.

Agree0 Disagree0

23 Sep 2014 12:03:05
Give the guy time fs it's only a month into the season. Some of the best managers in history started off p1sh. Need to remember he's trying to rebuild the whole philosophy of the team ie training, diet, fitness, signings etc that's no going to happen right away.

Agree0 Disagree0

I don't think Lennon was allowed to bring in the players he wanted, I think they were given to him. that's why he left
I know we had a lot of bad results under him, but at least in a lot of big matches he could get them fired up, look at Barcelona, spartak Moscow, and the home match against shakhtar karagandy. Even Aberdeen a couple of years ago when we were 3-1 down with 10 minutes left and won 4-3.
This team at the moment just look flat as if they are going through the motions

Agree0 Disagree0

Hamilton, wish people on here would stop slagging off Craig Gordon, he has been absolute class and has not fault with any of the goals we have conceeded. Youz should be well thankfull we have him, or would youz all prefer Zaluskas (Spelling). The Maribor shot was scuffed and took a different flight, his positioning was spot on. When has he parried out and caused a goal, never - he parries to safety. Gordon has been outstanding - Hail Hail

Agree0 Disagree0

#1- What you have to remember is that RD inherited NL's "poor" side. We were all unhappy at the style and level of performance last season and we really did need something different. New ideas into a changing room that has won the league 3 years in a row would always be difficult, look at what Moyes went through at Utd and he was a 10yr manager in the EPL. This may take 3 or 4 transfer windows for RD to get the players he wants to play the high tempo system he preaches. Existing players on contracts that will be wound down or they will be eased out over the next 6 months or so. I think the RDJC partnership could work, please remember it took Klopp 4-5 years to get the Dortmund side playing the way it is now, but the fans stuck with him, he told them what he wanted to do and they bought into it. As supporters we shouldn't be putting pressure on our manager so early into a new regime, instead we should be backing him, he can see the same as we can and he will make the changes just needs time and support. The press will give him enough of a hard time without us jumping on the bandwagon.

Agree0 Disagree0

Hamilton, first off, welcome back.

Secondly, spot on. The names you mentioned are big names for a big club. And I agree, tomorrow is a must win. The main argument for Lennon not being good enough was his poor record in the cups. RD may have tried to do too much to soon, and it's somewhat backfired. There's no real excuse for his poor record so far and he may be upsetting the players, droping certain figures and banning coca cola. I'll hold calling for his head until we get beat tomorrow. If we win, keep going RD.

Agree0 Disagree0

Hi HB, Hi JT, Yes he must win tomorrow night within 90 mins IMO hearing Hearts are struggling squad wise so it is probably just as well!

He inherited Lennon's poor squad REALLY? A £10 MILL GOALIE, a £8 mill centre half, a team that went circa 4 month without losing a GOAL never mind a game (except a cup game!) and a squad with 16 INTERNATIONALS! If that is a poor team just head on down Paisley Rd west way and ask them this

Does the above constitute a BAD team/squad!

Agree0 Disagree0

The biggest problem with Rinny has been his attempts to I press the press and the fans about his extraordinary knowledge of how the game should be played and letting us all know he wouldn't tolerate the unprofessional eating habits of the players . I am sure this didn't go down well with the players whose professional pride was hurt, Under Lennon Celtic often came from behind to win, under Deila Celtic often came from leading to drawing or losing . Fitness improvement?

Agree0 Disagree0

Hb why are you so sure tonev is guilty of racism, is it because shay Logan said so or is there any evidence that sky, celtic, etc haven't disclosed because if there isn't I think we should back him or else it's open season on telling porkies to get players into trouble? I understand tonev might have said something racist but he might not have.

Agree0 Disagree0

We're not talking knee jerk reaction or early days, we're talking 15th game tomorrow night - that's a third (or quarter; depending how far we get in the UEL, SC + LC) of a season! As Jamiebhoy pointed out, we've got a team of internationals. They're struggling against teams of Scottish youngsters n journeymen. It shouldn't be happening.

I want to see Deila succeed with shaking up training, diets, style of play, etc. But I'm doubting he's capable of that job. Maybe he should give all the fitness n training guru a miss n focus on winning games first, as he isn't showing signs of consistency - well apart fi consistent pish!

@Jim1972 The fact he's been charged to appear a hearing for "excessive misconduct by the use of offensive, insulting and abusive language of a racist nature" tells me the SFA have picked up something from a camera or sound equipment, otherwise the case would've been thrown out.

Agree0 Disagree0

So you don't think they are trying to be thorough and ask everyone so they can be seen to be doing all they can! And the police have stated they are doing nothing to tonev.

Agree0 Disagree0

Meant to add why are the media not showing the evidence as they could not keep it quiet for any length of time

Agree0 Disagree0

On the diet thing, yes players nowadays should have good diets. But I imagine a player on a good diet will maybe give him 1% extra on the pitch as opposing players will be the same. But give a player a coke/fizzy drink then as a manager you might just be able to get your player to run thro a brick wall for you.Thats prob 10 % extra.

Agree0 Disagree0

23 Sep 2014 18:07:37
Jaime, some great points, 100 percent agree .HH

Agree0 Disagree0

@Jim1972 How many players have you heard of being charged with assault or any form of breach of the peace, etc for an event that takes places on the field of play? I'll answer that for ye, next to none.

For some strange reason, footballers are exempt to the law if it happens during a match n it's left up to the footballing authorities to deal wi - yet us fans are dealt wi by the law if we commit the same offence in a stadium?!

Agree0 Disagree0

So where is the evidence to convict him because they can't take mcinnes or Anderson or refs info to find him guilty as all they have is hearsay and no media outlet has apparently caught him saying anything, yet you have him as a racist!

Do you think this CFC team could go to Ibrox on a wednesday night and win a one off cup match at a packed Ibrox?

Hypothetical, but I would be interested in your thoughts ED

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed007's Note - Of course we would.}

Personally, I don't have the confidence in the coaching staff or playing squad to do so right now.

We could get 11 players off this forum and gie that lot a game.

Agree0 Disagree0

We had SEVENTEEN shots OFF target on Sunday, n only escaped wi a point thanks to a soft penalty. Wi that kind of "quality" in the final third, we'd be lucky to gub any mob in the SPFL.

The new strikers will surely find form (just like Teemu &c) I actually fancied Pukki but thought he was played in a dire position - almost as a sub for commons. Ronni seems to have trouble deploying the advanced creative midfielder.
