If Ki leaves us for 7-8m it will be a fantastic bit of business. As I don't think the boy is worth anywhere near that. If I was in charge of the war chest at QPR I would not be giving mark Hughes another penny, he's signed all sorts of players during this window, then they go out and get hammered 5-0. Aye ok then here is another 7m to buy Ki. (fingers crossed) Ian L

The key(!) here is the Asian TV market for the Premiership.Teaming him with Park would be a major PR coup. All these eastern owners want to try and steal Man Utd's huge fan base over there.............green jhedi

Alright ed, how's it going? Was just wondering if we get a good result mid week, do you think the board will take a gamble and make signings?

Green surfer {Ed007's Note - I would like to think so but I wouldn't put money on it.}

Today I watched football in the EPL and the Barcalona game tonight, not once did I hear the attendance mentioned. Yet what I did see of the Dundee derby, I lost count of the amout of times they metioned it was 'packed out'.

Is this what the season is going to amount to attendance watching ? Lazy jounrnalism in The S*n today, Ibrox had more than the rest of the gounds put together while failing to mention Hearts and Celtic were up in the Highlands away from home and anyway what difference does it make. That must have happened when they were in the SPL as well.

We all know, where the biggest grounds are and who are the best (numbers wise) supported teams in Scotland.

Believable7 Unbelievable2

Totally agree mate, saw that headline, then read wee bit of that pr1ck gough, he stopped short of ending with we are the peeps pi55. used to enjoy sunday papers, but going to cancel them. jj

Alright Ed how are you? What's your take on Scott brown? He still has some doubters which I don't understand because For me he is our most important player. Don't get me wrong I reckon he only came into his own last season( after contract got sorted) when we went on that long unbeaten run I thought he was pivotal in that. Just your thoughts Ed. cheers

Briggs {Ed007's Note - I'm a big fan of Browns. He is one of those players that splits fans opinions but IMO we are a better and more solid team when he is playing.}

I know the Daily Record/Sunday Mail is despised on this site and i also hate it but for some reason i still buy it i think it has been brought into my house for as long as i can remember anyway i had to laugh at the succulent lamb section from Keevins today i ( i love mccoist i love rangers blah blah blah ) you have to read it to believe it hopefully i wont buy this THE RANGERS FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED trash again.
HAIL HAIL.
Franny Bhoy.

Believable6 Unbelievable4

Yes i read it and it was his wee dig at celtic.walter ally can do no wrong as far as he is concerned.he conveniently forgets they banned his colleague scoop jackson and bbc. as cringeworthy as you are likely to get

Agree4 Disagree1

Keevins is a hypocrite, he stated today European human rights laws entitle everyone to freedom of opinion and speach (meaning him) however he criticises anyone with a different opinion to him as Internet bampots

Agree5 Disagree2

The daily record narrowly avoided liquidation by being propped up by Alex Salmond and snp using taxpayers money. Ask Salmond how much he has pumped in? Ask him in the Scottish parliament and get it on record.

Agree3 Disagree1

I get the mail and sun every sunday, and both are as bad, used to like provan, but him , burley etc just want to be the new mcnee. jj

Agree1 Disagree1

Whatever happened to that fud McNee anyway?I'd met him and he really was as big an person in the flesh as he was on the telly.

all the fans of that new club seem think if they win div3 it will be 55 titles, whats the script surely the history books will show its their first trophy watever slant they put on it.

Believable6 Unbelievable3

That's 100% legally correct.
Also Green in the Sunday papers today boasting of selling tickets to tune of over £10m that's over £2.1m in vat at 20%.

Agree3 Disagree2

The day will come when someone takes a rubber to the record books and makes it official. whether we and the other teams who should have won these trophies are awarded them is a different matter. as long as they lose them.. shamrock

He's all about herding the sheep into queues.Everything is geared to the share issue, very telling that he backtracked on having a fan rep at board meetings as well..........green jhedi

Return of the Sixties

At game yesterday with two nephews someone said last time they played
East Stirling was in 60's, next week Sevco play Berwick Rangers ( ah the
good old days) On ITV4 there is a weekly programme called The Big Match Revisted watching the old games is nostalgic but looking back at the quagmire of pitches and old terracings set me thinking
(I know dangerous)
Sevco fans are used to their comforts some of the wee stadiums they are
going to visit will give them a culture shock, standing in the pouring rain and queuing for the one pie stall and corrugated roofed toilets, plus the muddy, muddy pitches in our lovely Scottish climate to all sevco fans... enjoy! Timalloy

Believable6 Unbelievable1

One pie stall, wriggly tin roof toilets, muddy muddy pitches? Sounds like the parkhead of old lol, I'm looking forward to heading to Annan and Berwick and other small grounds, I got to a lot of junior games, none of this fazes me

Agree4 Disagree4

Alright timalloy did you see this reply from POB yesterday to your post? Who's the twonk now? Did you not go to the Morton game LAST week? Anyway here it is mate

6.) Timmy you said you were going to the Morton match today?
To be a good liar you need to have a better memory than that mate.lol
What a twonk!
P.O.B.

What's funny is he is TELLING you how to be a good liar! By that then he must have it down to a fine art with the ****e he comes out with on here.

Agree5 Disagree0

Ha ha, I am too much of a gentleman to call him names back but oh dear POB you are WRONG again.
LAST Saturday Celtic were in america so I took my nephews to cappielaw Morton v Livingston, decent game but poor away support.
YESTERDAY keeping a promise I took my nephews to see the new wee club.
What I love fellow bhoys/ghirls is how these ex bears can almost tell you verbatum what myself, Green Jhedi, Miko etc post even months ago, guess it must be love...Timalloy

Sign Rhodes and Russell with the ki money and then Lawell can do whatever the feck he wants with CL money

Rhodes AND Russell AND Mackay-Steven

Agree1 Disagree1

I agree; Rhodes, and Russell in - Stokes, Ki and Bangura out to fund the deals.
I know it sounds like fantasy football, but with the striking options it offers, it would vastly improve our strike-rate and above all - entertain the supporters.

Just watched first half Dundee derby, striker were looking for right here in Scotland. Johnny Russell would be a great signing him and Hooper would be an excellent partnership
They would score goals for fun.

Wasnt much room out there yesterday ,no time on the ball ...Ross County done well .Minuses a lubo like player and a Sutton/Hartson like player pluses battled to end to earn a draw ,Kayals return to form and young Watts contribution......Think we will beat the Swedes and board will strenghen things ....Seen a rumour the club are down 5 million compared to this time (anyone know why ) last year so a wee CL place will sort that along with the likely departure of one of the midfielders .... TTTS

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Kayal back to form? Not the game I watched am afraid IMO. The game I watched was crying out for Scott Brown. I just hope all Celtic fans realise how much we need Broony ans support the guy.

Went into Glasgow to watch game yesterday and mistakenly watched it in a boozer that was full of sevco fans cheering everytime Celtic players got hurt celebrated like mad men when Ross county scored then was a barraige of sectarian abuse when commons scored the leveller they really are full of bile and hatred any how it was enjoyable to see the smiles wiped off there faces as they headed to castle greyskull lol

Believable7 Unbelievable3

You have to wonder why they were there? I would not open my curtains to watch The rangers if they were playing in my garden........green jhedi

Agree6 Disagree0

Castle Greyskull was the home of the good guys in He-man! Seriously if you are gonna try and insult us at least use something you actually know about! Away back to Snake Mountain for you! We Av The Power! lol

Agree3 Disagree4

That's right and just like He-man they are consigned to the history books too.lol

Jungle Bhoy.

Agree0 Disagree0

Never consigned to history! Rangers are Eternia! haha Just need to sign a few Bravestarrs to help us get up the leagues! It'll be like G force with us rocketing back up the leagues! I'm running out of 80's kids stuff here....help us out eh!! lol

Heard tonight that we're £5m down on this time last season. No idea how that figure is calculated but that's the talk.

Believable3 Unbelievable9

Our balance sheet will not be as good as recent years but it's not a problem. When the figures are announced expect our pages to be polluted by the usual suspects, carping on about things they know nothing about..........green jhedi

Agree5 Disagree1

We'll find out any figures when the certified accounts are published.

Why would they be £5m down anyway...where would they have 'lost' this amount. We had income from the Europa League which we didn't have the previous season.

Celtic are way too savvy (for want of a better word) for a loss like that. Mrs E

Agree5 Disagree1

Who told you this Charles green and whyte??

Agree2 Disagree0

I think this time last year the season started earlier and we might have had a few more home games. Also I think we played more big friendlies.

Beat helsingborgs sell ki theres £20m

Congrats to "fakeco i want to pretend i'm rangers" on their record today. The highest amount of wages paid to a team ever in a pub league they beat the previous record by 20x still it keeps them off the street and 20% goes to the exchequer(sorry folks tax is not optional) bust by christmas lay them on the exchanges easy money!
