Hey ed hows it going mate, been long time since posted, came across this post on the john daly thread on rangers media, Hope you post it and remind our fella bhoys and ghirls why we don't miss this shower of muck.

{Ed007's Note - I'm good thanks, I hope you're well. I can't post that up, I would get hung lol, sorry. Of course it bothered then where Jon Daly came from and his background, he was always going to be targeted to take flak.}

No need to post it ED, I am pretty sure we can guess the words and sentiment involved. I wonder if Daly ever has a look at this stuff.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - I would say I feel sorry for him but really what did he expect, and the only thing saving Templeton the grief is because the knuckledraggers in their support think he's one of them because Cooper is his middle name. I've even heard some say Cooper was his hero, it doesn't matter Templeton was 5/6 when Davie Cooper passed away and had moved to Murderwell the year Templeton was born. Oh and let's not forget that Templeton wasn't born in Dublin.}

ED007; Was that post from some nutter called Rab? Just seen it myself, dear god this is what Kevvins et al want back! Seems they peepul were up to their knees again yesterday with a stand full of SFA officials in attendance. Wonder if the press will investigate with the same vigour they have shown in the Griffiths case?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - Yes that's the post GJ.}

@ED007; Had to laugh at him claiming not to be a bigot then claiming it was his right to be a bigot! As ever I blame the education system!

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - I think that's a given about the education system now but he was a prime example of why cousins shouldn't be allowed to marry.}

@ED007 and Green Jhedi what annoys me is the total double standards of Scottish media, as I said tv say "amazing atmosphere" all I heard was the usual bile yet no word mentioned.
But if our Green Brigade sing rebel songs all over the media and calls for stadium bans.

Agree0 Disagree0

There's a clip on youtube taken in the main stand where the SFA blazeratti were housed so they must have heard it.

Agree0 Disagree0

There was an article in last Sunday Irish Sunday Mail where Daly was delighted with the reception he got from his fellow players and managers at Ibrox. He said his brother went over to all his home matches and had made great friends with a number of The Rangers fans .

He wouldn't be telling lies, would he?

For me John Rankin is an unsung hero for Utd, all the kids get the props, he pretty much bossed Ian Black today & Nicky Law couldn't really match him. He was pretty poor at hibs but he's standing out for me at dundee, sits a lot deeper. He was expected to create at hibs but at dundee he just sits deeper and let's the younger ones create. While I'm on the topic of Dundee utd, I'd say Armstrong is the pick of the bunch of kids there, more experienced than Gauld and wouldn't mind if he came here. Anyone else agree

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Armstrong is by far the standout in the team for me.Mackay-Steven should not be underestimated as well, very clever player who tracks back and seldom gives the ball away.Considering they never actually played as well as they can, a shocking referee and pretty much played in a away ground atmosphere it was a great result.

Agree0 Disagree0

I still believe we should've signed Johnny Russell from United last summer.

ED007 can the technical geeks on here give us a maths app to download so we can all work out how many cup ties Chick Young's manager of the year Ally MCCoist has lost thank you

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed007's Note - I don't think they have computers powerful enough to work that out, it would be easier working out his Greggs bill.}

13 Apr 2014 12:51:25
ED007 I would imagine his Greggs bill is one of the main reasons club need so much money lol
Pie r squared = pies, rolls ad infinitum

Agree0 Disagree0

I imagine Greggs will be sweating on another admin, pennies in the pound translated to steak bakes must be a helluva sum of money!

Agree0 Disagree0

Our own manager has only won 2 cup final's but lost 2 final's, 3 semi final's, a 4th round and 3rd round in 4 yrs?! Stones + glass houses come to mind as we're hardly in a position to gloat about domestic cup form!

Well done to Dundee United! Never in doubt in my mind, you have got to love seeing the zombies getting skelped!some really good young lads in the united team!anyone think that any would command a place in the hoops!?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Ryan Gauld is the one everybody expects to go furthest but I'd love to see Armstrong come to us. He's a few years more experienced and I've been impressed with him whenever I've seen him.

Such a shame as 'big jig' wanted to finish the historic treble at Celtic Park. The laughter really does just go on and on with this lot.

Did not watch the game even went shopping with Mrs T (got to keep an eye on my money lol) glad Dundee United won and yes they have a lot of good young players AND give them game time unlike Lennon unless he is forced into it.
Also that is two weekends when we have been forced to watch from the outside, this must never happen again, Celtic should be involved in every tournament until end of season.

Agree0 Disagree0

Was impressed again with Soutar today, so comfortable on the ball for a 17 year old central defender.

Agree0 Disagree0

@3

Do you really want to be competing in the Ramsden's Cup?

Paddy I think Tim was talking about league cup final

Agree0 Disagree0

What about Gary McKay Stevens?best moment of the game cifti celebrating before putting ball in the net!ha

Agree0 Disagree0

Dundee United gave their young players game time because they were in Jackie Mac's mind the best options available .
I would think that is exactly the same criteria tha Neil Lennon uses . I think Jock Stein said that " the Celtic Jersey doesn't shrink to fit any player" . Once any Manager starts to pick players just for the craic of it we have serious problems

At the risk of incurring the wrath of Hamilton Bhoy I have a sevco related question. Are these 'peepul' currently sucking up to King mad?

Going by their latest fiscal release the 'clumpany' is in financial free fall. So on the eve of their biggest game in their two year old history, King decides to rock the good ship dignity with a, and I am being kind here, sketchy press release regarding the placement of season book money.

King remember was the 'rangers man' who wanted the CVA to fail when administration started. King was the man who remained silent while 'the club he loves' died in front of his very eyes.Thank god Fergus loved his club a bit more than King eh?

At Kings side is Dickie Gough.Dickie remember was among the first to admit that 'the club he sweated blood for has died'. I wonder how the 'peepul' will respond to their figurehead holding that view? Will they march towards him? Will they boycott him? Will they threaten or intimidate him? Or will they throw cash at him because he and King are 'rangers men'?

As for the ramifications of Kings plan? Does he really think Laxey, Blue Pitch or Marguarita are bothered by this. They could get rid of as many boards as they like, these three asset funds will still be shareholders,
Chuck and his many integrated companies will still be sucking cash for years to come.If King wants a say in this omnishambles he must stump up and buy shares, it's that simple. that's the way Chuckie planned it, that was his job, and they were well warned.Whatever happens next they must look at themselves. Dishing out tea and saying no surrender does not make you trustworthy.Promising orange strips does not make you a stand up guy. Paying your debts and running your club properly is what you do. that's what Fergus did and that, s why we are the biggest club in the country

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I'm delighted they're out, absolutely delighted! Don't care how our season rated, Scottish Champions & Champions League, they will not be in a final anywhere near Celtic Park :-)

@GJ leave them to all their squabbling I am enjoying it lol
Mrs E like your good self I am glad the zombies will be nowhere near Celtic Park, we would have had to get a £1m indemnity from SFA to pay for all the damage.

Agree0 Disagree0

Another big obstacle to the safety and enjoyment for the Commonwealth games was passed yesterday when the people were trounced by Dundee United . So there is little chance of one end of the stadium destroyed by The Rangers supporters doing what comes naturally.
