Ed, I was wondering why the SFA are intervening on behaif of the Newco/Green to FIFA in regards to the 5 players who they have lost, when then they ene Newco/Green is not a official member of the of the SFA as yet. {Ed007's Note - Because the players are still SFA registered to the oldco. When the oldco is liquidated their registration reverts to the SFA but until then the oldco still hold their registration. It is just red-tape, I don't imagine it will be any major problem.}

My ex bear pals going big on pre season friendlies arranged under name "Rangers" they say games against Albion Rovers and Kelty Hearts ( I know HUGE ATTRACTIONS) prove that SFA are letting them use old name, even though they are now a newco. Yes we all know SFA are a
shower of ........... but surely these games cannot be sanctioned if still

I think we only need to sign two good centre backs having tied up the goalie situation. I hope Bangura will come good along with Stokes,Hooper and Sami,Midfield is very strong. Just read that Commons has come back from holiday very fit. That's great news!

'marquee signings' are a thing off the past! Look at what's happening to our rivals at the moment! Overpaid, petulant players are not what we need! Got a great scouting network in place so better using that to our full advantage n try and unearth some young, hungry players trying to make a name for themselves who also have a good sell on value!

By 'marquee' Im guessing you mean an expensive big name signing which could lose the club millions (remember Graveson, Juninho, Freddie anyone?).
Would it not be wiser to spend the money on the likes of Rhodes and Henriksen if possible who could have massive sell on prices in years to come?
I'll be 100x happier if we pull off a move for either or both of these players as I would be signing some 30 odd y.o 'big' name looking for a retirement fund.

I see the proposed name change along the road is relating to the old company and not the newco. Companies house website says the administrators can change the company name while they're in admin and only needs the liquidators consent once liquidation starts. I presume this is being done at this stage so that they can call the newco something which is more readily recogniseable with them i.e the "R" word. Hopefully someone will be able stop it as clear they are trying to assume the identity of the bankrupt company without taking on their liabilities.

ED iknow i am going to get pelters for this but if we are all really honest the crowds will be way down at Parkhead this season if we are lets say 15 points clear by the new year or even before. Fact of the matter is we needed Rangers in that league. I belive this will be the slow death of our club. Our children will grow up supporting Man Utd or Barcalona or teams of that standard.
