We were bound to lose 1 at some point. Law of averages.

I don't buy this the game meant nothing. But I do think with Ange there was a bit of "let's see who can step up" I suppose there's no point in doing it against the worst team in the league you have to see if they can stand up and be counted.

I do feel Ange was showing them contempt by playing a weakened team, basically holding 2 fingers up to them.

Never like losing to them weather the game meant nothing or not.

{Ed007's Note - CCV missing was a big problem but the simple fact is that apart from Starfelt not one Celtic player turned up and their successful tactics of outmuscling us in the middle of the park in the matches since Brown left were back in play, we are far too lightweight in midfield and it's hard to slag CalMac but Cantwell bullied him today.
People are writing off Oh and Kobyashi but they're forgetting these guys came in and had to do an Ange preseason straight after their leagues finished and remember it was nearer the end of January when Oh came in so he was starting from scratch at the beginning of February. Both players will show plenty of improvement next season.

I agree Ed and think Iwata should have started. He is our physical CM so why not play him in a game like this. I think he would have enjoyed today but we go on and get the treble and reset for next year and CL. I see Sky aleady stirring it with Hatate release clause. Its about to kick off again, hope you have your crash helmet on Ed ??.

{Ed007's Note - I must be having some kind of breakdown as I am actually looking forward to this window. As we've seen already I expect Ange will want players in ASAP and that kills off a lot of the nonsense and panty-wetting, if he is as ruthless with exits it could be a very enjoyable summer for me ?
