Just a quick poll lads, honestly how players do you think we need this season to win back the league? And how many realistically will the club bring in . By that I mean players that are ready to impact consistently now.
We are notoriously slow at getting deals done and with time against us for the qualifiers, will it be one or two in then slowly build? I think we will have to change tact completely to get in numerous players.

* CB x2
* RB
* LB
* MF
* LW
* Striker (x2)

What we do in reality, your guess is as good as mine.

It's difficult to say how many we need but I'd say 4 outfield regulars but if ange can't get a tune out underperforming players from last season then 8 regular starters required. Add on players if eduoard ajeti ajer leave also. Then barkas needs to step up and show worth or a new gk also needed. Personally I've written off Europe this season as we need to win at home first as money in champ league is a guarantee next season and winning league is our best chance to get in imo.

I’d agree Pedro, think we need 6-7 players in. I’d say it’s going to be a slow process though, if eddy and ajer are here for the danish team we may have to use them. Hopefully buy us some more time to get players in.
Has anyone noticed ajer back at training? I saw eddy but never saw him .

@ryancelt why shouldn't we expect to win the league? Plenty of managers have won league in first season b4 also we don't know who is coming in/ out so I'd rather expect to win league than not.

Ryancelt, it will be a tall order, but it’s not beyond the realms of possibility . Sevco were very consistent last season but they aren’t world beaters. If and it’s a big if, we get 5-6 quality players in, we can definitely get close to them. Although I’m not convinced we will get that much quality in, so we shall wait and see I suppose.
