Ed what's your thoughts on Scott Brown been part of the new management team. Would be great for new manager to have around the dressing room. Is he going to be part of Kennedy's backroom team.

{Ed007's Note - I don't think we should force any first team coaches on the new manager unless he agrees to it and Brown and him are on the same page. I wouldn't be surprised if Brown get's another years contract to help with some continuation in the dressing while getting into coaching the younger players.}

Ed I’d keep Brown for a year as we transition to the new management regime and see how he does as you say if the new man is happy with that. It would be money well spent and probably was always the plan for SB. His legs might not quite there although he’s looked fitter than some this season but there is no doubting where his heart lies or the stability he would bring during a period of change. 👍.

If Brown is in the dressing room next season for continuation purposes, then I predict a continuation of the misery of this season, unless he is in the dressing room in some form of coaching capacity, a role that he is now much better suited to, as he no longer can play the sort of game that he used to be able to, he can now pass on his knowledge to younger, fitter players, rather attempting to perform on the playing field himself.

Guys Brown has had his day, he’s been a great servant but it’s time to cut the cord. How many times this season did he follow through on his grand speeches.

Agree JFP. Some people here are talking about Steve Clark. Im sorry not for me we are to big of a club for him. And do we the sectarian abuse again for our managers, do think Clark will handle it. Hi two defensive of a manager.
