The Scottish Government have set new guidelines for anyone who’s came back from Dubai since January 3rd.
They need to isolate for 10 days from the date they arrived back in Scotland.
Luckily for Celtic, the rule doesn’t apply to our players.
Our players are protected by their elite sports status.

A representative for the Scottish Government has now stated Celtic are not in the clear yet.
They need to decide if the Celtic trip comes under the sports elite category.
Strange considering they gave the trip the green light.
A final decision will be made by lunchtime today.

I think they will find a way of punishing the club in some way as we are public enemy number one in Scotland and a very easy target.
OK, The trip was not for a match or tournament, but has been a regular warm-weather training camp in previous seasons.
A lot will rest on the details of the 'permission slip' and whether the circumstances altered when restrictions became stricter?
In that case the club should have notified to cancel immediately, but it's also unfortunate the clubs hierarchy never took the initiative?

It appears also that a track and trace is required before we are in the clear. It will be to see who was in close contact with who ever got the positive test. Don't be surprised to see a few out tonight and maybe a few more cases over the next few days. U couldn't believe this stupidity from the club. Unreal!
