im hearing the fraser foster move might still happen the big man is wanting a permanent move wile Celtic want a loan. Celtic are trying to get the asking price down. ed007 could you clear this up for us mate is there still a chance big fraser could sign.

{Ed007's Note - I'd say there's still a slim chance of Forster returning as there's been some amount of BS being reported over the last few days with people just making stuff up to look as if they know what's going on.}

The papers yesterday said he decided to stay at Southampton after Hasenhuttl promised him a fair crack at the jersey. Now they're saying he'd have come if the transfer was a straight permanent deal rather than a loan with an option. The things you can get away with if you declare it came from a confidential source. If he was worth £10M at his peak then a few injuries, a lack of playing time and a global C.V. should dictate that they'd need to have an asking price which reflects that.

{Ed007's Note - Yet there was some places claiming there was an option to buy in the loan deal which means the price was agreed between the Clubs and it was Forster who turned us down. then - as you say, Kev - it changed to Hasenhuttl would give him a chance to win back the No.1 spot.}

I might be being cynical but with 9 in a row, Moi re-signing and the Adidas deal maybe there was too much positivity for some journalists and this was a way to spread some misery around our support.

Hi Ed, hope you and yours are well mate. If big Forster doesn’t come back to us, have you seen much of Padt. I thought that he looked pretty solid from what i can find and don’t think he would cost us a fortune considering the importance of this next season.

{Ed007's Note - We're doing OK mate thanks and we hope you and the family are doing well. I've not seen anything of Padt to be honest mate, I remember he was well thought of when he was a youngster at Ajax but that's about it.
He only has a year to run on his deal so he might be available this summer.}
