Griffiths would be my number 1 striker for the season ahead. He looks hungry and back amongst the goals. We always look a threat when he plays plus it might give Edouard the rocket up the arse he needs.

I think all of Edouards best football comes from the left side anyway so i think even playing 1 up top we can still fit both into the starting 11.

Griff is a proven international class A1 finisher. If I trust Lenny with one thing, it is to recognise this fact when others haven't. Griff will get us goals, and allow Eddy to play his best role for us.

Think Brown must only be used from the subs bench and should be nowhere near the starting midfield for the new season, he stifles the creativity, he slows down the build up, he holds the team back.

Broony must know himself that his best games are limited and if we want to keep Cal-Mac - now is the time to make the switch more frequent - developing him as a leader and possibly getting Broony on the coaching ladder within the club.

Today’s game was awful - only pre season but nothing seems different thus far.

Griff number 1 striker not a chance scoring against Amateurs and kids isn’t enough. He has a long way to go.

I think Broony is at his best when he is breaking up oppositions attacks. This issue is 95% of games we are the ones doing all the attacking and I do feel he slows play down. Imo our best run of form last season was when McGregor and Christie playing in the middle.

Browns time has been and come, we all get old, there is no shame in that, we need a younger, more dynamic, more creative player in Browns position, someone who instead of passing sideways, or backwards, will take the ball and move forward, and move the team forward, and who has the legs and the ability to do that, Brown had it years ago, but is long gone.
