It's been reported as 1 year loan with option to buy. He will be a free agent in a year so surely that's the same as us freeing him?

{Ed007's Note - I said the same to Paul, Chinks. The article on the Club's official website on the day Julien signed in 2019 says it was a 4-year deal but now the story on Twitter is that Celtic have a years option they will trigger to guarantee a fee, just like Spurs done with CCV.
This is with the years option seems to be a recurring theme at Celtic, they announce players sign deals and then it turns out there's an extra year on it, the same thing happened with Scott Sinclair and his last year here was a bit of a let down.}

Again, I'm disappointed with yet another loan-out of unwanted players although I suppose it's the only option when no-one bids for players that have been virtually invisible for so long.

OAB, its a tough one because these wantaways have made it difficult for us to sell them on because buying teams know we want rid so will take advantage and get the most out of them for as little risk as they can. Julien has shown a bad attitude and while he's a decent player, clubs will be put off by things like that and won't want to put up the money for a perm deal if they can avoid it.
