Whatever happened to the old addage that the only players available in Jan where rubbish, and that we should never spend during this window, it was generally thought a few years ago that you only bought problems in Jan. We have 37 first team pros on the books, we should be outing 15/ 18 of them now, and achieve enough savings to buy in a 2/ 3 first team/ first choice defenders in the summer, quality players will be available before the CL qualifying starts,

Shug what are you on about; any team outwith perhaps the top 4 of the EPL would have any of our "dross". Not sure how your Sevco tribute act will get on punting the dregs they have. Just sayin.

Very true, heard Man utd and Arsenal are sending scouts to watch the st Mirren game tonight to see Johnny Hayes and Gambia in action if fit!
