As we approach the window with hope more than expectancy, of BR's permanent signings how many have been +'s. A few still to be proven either way, but for me Dembele is the only standout and Ntcham on his day (which is 50% of the time) is also a star. Other than that most are either prospects, squad players or some not even squad players. I really hope that this time we just go for 1 player - a CF. Or 2 if we lose a CB.

People get too hung up on new signings, what about the talent we already had?
Under BR forrest, mcgregor, Christie and more recently Ralston and Johnston have massively improved/ broken in to the first team under BR.

His worst have been DDV (woeful) Gamboa (not good enough to challenge Lustig) Compper (Disaster) Benyu (? ) Musonda (waste of time a primadonna) Hendry (Not good enough) Hayes (not good enough) . Kouassia (still time yet to prove himself)

It's not the personnel he brought in, it's how he managed the personnel that was already there, the previous manager, Ronnie, if I am being kind to him, I will say he just didn't have a clue about management, although he managed to fool an awful lot of the people on this site, ahh yes I miss those days, not, where we would be arguing about 24 hour athletes, and how many months switching to the zen diet or whatever would it take before we could see the results on the pitch, and no matter how bad the results got, the disciples of Ronnie, praise him, praise him, will still rush to his defence and say, he won two league titles, but the cold hard fact he just could not manage whereas Brendan is a manager.

We still have Ronny to thank for developing Rogic into a starter. Bringing KT into the fold and buying Ajer. Christie n'all if I'm mistaken!? Whilst arguably not having anywhere near the same backing as BR (e. g. Wanting Elyounoussi from Molde and getting dealt Kazim Richards)

Not for one min trying to commpare with BR but he played his part and IMO deserves a bit more respect.

When Ronny was here people were going mental that his signing were being made by park and lawwell but now they are ronnies signings?
