As for the others, yes to a degree, though he is not a scout, he just signed off on buying them, though he had to be very heavily persuaded to sign Firmino and then had absolutely no idea how to use him.}

For all the worshipping of Jurgen Klopp, Rodgers has gone closer to winning Liverpool a title than he has.
I think Klopp is an excellent manager whose teams play good attacking football, but I wonder how many other managers who consistently miss out on major trophies would be given as much leeway as he has.
