From what I read when VVD was sold the clause is 10% of any PROFIT made. As usual lazy reporters are saying Celtic will get £4m if sold for £40m but Celtic are only entitled to £40m MINUS £12m =£28m profit therefore Celtic in line for about £2.8m.
