Well that was a bit of a football lesson tonight
But I am going to take the positives fae it.
Young Tierney looks like he can step up to this level and has no fear
The re-emergence of scott brown and to a lesser extent Stuart Armstrong
Yes we were smashed but by a team that's full of superstars
If you want to buy their strike force it would cost over 500 million and that showed tonight.

Tierney was constantly out of position, falling over the ball and didn't know what was going on.

Green tinted glasses off and in the bin. Off all the defenders he was the poorest.

This game came too soon for Gamboa, he was out his depth and this was exposed, especially in the first half. Not convinced by Dorus. Didn't make himself big enough for a couple of the goals and slow to get down. Agree that Tierney had a decent game all things considered. Sinclair looked a threat when he managed to get a hold of the ball. Broony had some decent moments and Biton is a poor choice when you have to defend, he doesn't know how to. Toure didn't do much wrong from what I could see. In hindsight would have been happier if we had lost playing our own game, playing to our own strengths. I understand why BR felt the need to play 5 at the back but how can you play 5 and still allow the oppositions wide players to receive the ball unchallenged?
If Rogic was fit he should have featured even if it was just to bring our possession stats up.

Some people love to put the boot in . I cannot understand how a Celtic fan wouldn't have green tinted glasses .
I suppose some people like to regard themselves as MSSM reporters of the future but I prefer the vast majority of posters here who try to see the positives, OK young Tierney slipped and fell a few times but he never stopped getting himself up the field linking with S S and M D . K Tierney is a great example of the type of youngster who has come through our acadamie and doesn't need to be viewed through blue tinted glasses or whatever . He is young, playing in the Nou Camp v Barcelona in Champions League is a mighty experience for him, he will know himself he fell over, he doesn't need his nose rubbed in the dirt.
