Afternoon All

I'm fully aware that we had a small points lead over Sevco.

We have had a run of serious injuries to some of our main player's, also players off form and team lacking confidence at times.

If / when some of our more important players return we will be a different team, should show much more in games.

As of today it's now just like the start of any season.
Us and Sevco on same points.

Don't believe everything you read or hear in the tru blue media about how good Sevco are or how bad or disjointed we are.
Sevco are no better than bang average imo.

We all need to hold our nerve and back our team through good days and bad.

Never ever write Celtic off.

Thats my thinking as well 100% a don't even think our injured players will be back up to speed for our run in but still think we have plenty in the tank. a lot of ther games are won thru gk or stupid penalty in the dying seconds of the 1st half, there luck will run out. 5-0 to us 1-1 at wkend ther u go ?.

My biggest worry is our pitch.

Celtic have 7 home games left and 6 away.
( plus a home cup game )

I would rather have a good surface to play good football on, although Celtic showed good battling qualities on another poor St. Mirren pitch last week.

Hopefully our pitch is in better condition on Saturday.

Jaaasus! Am I the only one who is feeling more bullish now than I have done in months? They had the chance to make a statement last night and didn't! They are totally bang average! We still have key players to come back and they will be playing Thursday night football. I am very confident. HH!

Buzz, I well remember the mudheaps of 1950s through to 1980s. Grass just hates cold weather and growth is negligible. I believe we have some hybrid set-up but essentially we are battling mother nature.
With no winter break next year it could be worse since there will be no recuperation time. Celtic are aware of the situation, Celtic have the money, Brendan agrees the pitch is struggling. Hopefully we find a solution quickly.

I remember the pitch in the 1980s myself 4 leaf clover.
Clubs would play reserve matches on their pitches and we had 2 reserve teams back then.

Hopefully we will see an I’m in pitch on Saturday . I think that Celtic play better when they start feeling a little bit of heat from the sun .
Of course it goes without saying the inability of the ref and VAR to be impartial and honest will be our greatest problem .
