Like all of us I'm hoping Ange sticks around, although I do accept he will go if and when he desires. Managing Celtic not only comes with the pressures of the history and traditions of our unique club; but there are several other 'constants' that managers have to tolerate.
How many times (per game) have we seen Ange shaking his head with a wry grin over numerous honest mistakes; including some farcical VAR events? Then there is the irritating fungus that is the Scottish media with silly (some ridiculous) questions and their blatant bias against Celtic. how to deal with them with a steely glance or dry comment, but these days we have many more outlets and influencers who have opinions and 'theories'.
Most other clubs would be a haven where fixtures and KO times are not pre-determined by hidden agendas and maybe even your rivals might even concede a single penalty in an entire season. Only in Scotland.

In all the hysteria regarding Ange. have we missed his obvious successor should he leave? It has to be Fran Alonsa! imagine the press interviews and the fashion statements from the technical areas. let the future look after itself, and retain a small sense of humour. As a Celtic supporter of many decades, can I confidently say that the present team is not a patch on several teams during the last 60 years. Due mainly to the steadly decline of the urban teams who used to give us and them much harder games that they do today.
