Ange has to get his own men in. This is the basics most managers expect when starting a job. Otherwise fans will only assume lawwell is still pulling the strings and lennon might as well have stayed. I'm under no illusion this is near enough a complete rebuild job and expect little in terms of silverware this season, however if the board continue in the same fashion as last season there could well be a full scale revolt from fans. We need to see the board actually caring about the club.
