Guys I couldn't agree anymore with most on here and its time for Lennon to go but does anyone trust lawell to get the right man in the job? I don't think so I think its time for a director of football to come in and leave lawell to the financial side of things . Its time for a complete change in direction at the club standards have dropped from top to bottom at the club and its not good enough . Go get the best director of football we can get and a young forward thinking young Manager/ Head coach with an emphasis on youth I am sick and tired of buying guys like klimala bayo the list goes on and instead give youth a chance they can't be any worse than these guys . It can't be a coincidence we have lost so many prospects lately. SORRY FOR THE RANT GUYS BUT SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE.

Mick87, i don't think we can trust lawell to get the right man for celtic. He will get the right man for himself, as he will be able to manipulate his chosen one. We need to rid celtic of lennon, lawell, kennedy, strachan and hammond. Come on dermot, pull your finger out, get this sorted. Rangers are guff, but just now we are much much worse.

The wishful thinking has to end, we have no resilient shape or structure of play.

Lennon who I like as a person, seems under pressure ( playing the blame game) , out of shape ( no example to the squad) , and out of ideas ( no coherent strategy to control play) .


We do have the best resources, but have made some shocking signing decisions and that alone means he must go.

DD should sell his shares and go with the rest of them, he has 34% of the shares but acts like he owns the club. Tell me what other shareholder in Britain acts like DD, he makes far too many direct football decisions with his only qualification being that he's rric. As for Lenny he's simply acting to type, check his past two jobs, he goes in initially does good but second season everything falls apart with the same accusations from players regards coaching fitness etc one player called his managerial style as being from the 1980's.
